User Reviews

Contrary to many of the other reviews of this restaurant, I had a pleasant time, and food that was cooked right. It's a Sunday evening. I ordered a Classic, meal, and everyone else with me was pleased with their food as well. The wait time to get our order taken and the food was delivered was a bit longer, but that doesn't bother me. I know a lot of companies are hurting for workers right now, and perhaps new workers don't yet have the 'perfect' skills. I enjoyed my meal!

Hands down the worst Wendy’s. Walked in to order some food. 7 workers including the manager couldn’t even take my order. Basically stared at us wondering what we are doing, clearly we were the only ones in the restaurant to dine in. Waited a bit since my boys were hungry, a worker was generous enough to finally say -“someone will be right with you”. As the manager continues to pivot back and forth in the kitchen - no leadership at all. I wait a few more minutes and asked a worker is something wrong with the cash systems? Just mumbled and walked away. Huh, I can understand if there’s issues going on. But please communicate that to your customers. Don’t ignore them until they decide to walk out. I’m a very reasonable person, but when you have 7 workers and possible 1-2 managers. I need to say - this place needs to change. Clearly no employee cares - starts with management. Very disappointing, as I grew up eating at this Wendy’s - this Wendy’s now seems like a good place to work if you wanna walk around, hangout in the back, and complain. It’s a shame, best of luck!!

This place is my least favorite fast food in Ephrata. The food is awful. The speaker on the drive-through is terrible. They never get your order right. The manager needs to find a new job!

I asked for a plain cheeseburger with the #1 classic..medium size. My burger was not plain it had everything on the burger and my fries were cold. No I shouldn't have to scape off the items especially when I asked for a plain cheeseburger. Also I didn't even get a receipt telling me what I ordered to see if the person even had that I ordered a plain cheeseburger. When a person places their order it should be what they asked for. All the people working at the Wendy's in Ephrata, PA need to pay attention. This is not the first time my order was messed up. It happens a lot at this Wendy's. Please talk to your employees about paying attention

I ordered through drive thru and it wasn’t busy but the fellow spoke to me as if he didn’t want to take my order. Not in my head. I mean, when I got to pay at the window. He seriously didn’t even look at me. He stuck his arm out to grab my card and again to give back my card. I understand you must take orders but it wasn’t even that busy. The only time he looked at me was when I asked for my receipt which I noticed he couldn’t figure out why he couldn’t get my receipt. There was a long jam of other receipts with mine. Interesting. I don’t like giving bad reviews unless they’re deserved but if you don’t like your job that much You should probably try to get a job you actually like.

Love working here staff was friendly. It was a chill place too work at the place gets bad reviews due too lack off staff if they were fully staff it would be one of the best Wendy’s. I work night shift and it was great over a year ago

Moved out of the state 2 years ago and the thing I remember about this location is SLLLLOOOOOWWWWW as molasses! Rude staff. Only take 1 order at a time in dt. Food is always cold and/or messed up. I visited again (after over 2yrs) because my mother moved right by there and kids were hungry. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Do not go here!

Absolutely terrible. Waited 20 minutes for our food when we were the only ones in the restaurant and waited all that time and my sandwich was cold. Never got an apology for anything. Very poorly managed and horrible service.
