Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Edina

This feedback is a reflection on management not in store employees. The drive thru is awkwardly and poorly designed. The lobby not being open during lunch on a weekday is annoying. Would avoid this Wendy's if possible. Lobby is scheduled to be open.

Sean an Employee who works there is absolutely horrible at any sort of employee interaction. Was rude from the Drive Thru Com all the way to the 2nd window. Never seen someone like him, I don't know how management is hiring these kinds of people & think it'll make a business where repeat customers gladly come back. He started using profanity, he was very strange, and that's when I decided to leave. I could complain to corporate but leaving this review is what I have time for today. Anyone reading this? Take the time to go elsewhere. NOT this location of Wendys, unless you like to be treated with extreme disrespect.

Food is just what you would expect from Wendy's. Nothing surprising there but I do love their burgers with all the lettuce, tomato, etc... This particular Wendy's however has a drive thru that you have to make a sharp rt u turn to get to the pickup window. Just be careful not to pull straight as the curb juts out on front of your left tire. Boom! Ops! No problem if you're aware of it. I was not.

Super hit or miss. I was the only one in line and they pulled me to the front for a good 10 minutes. That's fine, I don't mind waiting for fresh food. But the food was as if it had been sitting for hours. It was legitimately cold and stale. I don't understand what I was waiting on. Unfortunately, the quality is more often this bad than good. Maybe if you go when it's busier it'll be more fresh. One of the employees was full of attitude from the beginning, but the other was as nice as could be. Whoever was working the window seemed to hate the fact that I was there. The only exchange we had was me saying I was there to pick up a mobile order. I'm sorry if that ruined your day. The person who brought the food to my car was wonderful.

Ordered a bacon double stack, opened it up and found no bacon. Went to the counter to ask for the bacon. The counter person rudely told me the bacon double stack does not come with bacon- which is ridiculous....showed her my receipt that says "bacon double stack" and she sighed and proceeded to make it right. Being kind and considerate would have gone a long.

Nice location. Has a unusual drive thru where you have to make a u turn. The inside is clean and has plenty if seating. Easy spotted from the main roads and close to a shopping center. Staff here are enthusiastic.

Went there two hours before closing. They insisted they would not serve us because it "was too late," so we had to use the drive through, even though the sign on the door clearly said they operate until 11

$5 biggie bags are great value. Most stores are offering strawberry frostys. Haven't used the app but if it offers PayPal payments be my 2nd favorite fast food place.
