We used the drive through, but for the late night shift they responded exceptionally well to our sisterly humor as we poked fun at each other during our ordering process. They continued the joking as we paid, got our order right, and wished us a great night. We got home and thoroughly enjoyed the fries cooked to perfection, flavorful pub burgers, and of course chocolate frosties.

I ordered a single chocolate frosty at the drive up window. I do that a Lot. Have since 1976.) I asked for a straw only since I never need a spoon or a napkin. The young miss proceeds to tell at the window it'll have to melt first before you can have any. I assured her it was no problem and she sarcastically replies, "I REALLY doubt that." So to proove her wrong, in her presence, since she openly doubted me, I opened the straw and in about 15 seconds I was enjoying the frosty. She didn't like that. (Admittedly also because at this point the people behind me had no clue what was going on. I blame that on her.) Her response was instant and repeated, probably 6 to ten times. ("Get out of my life"). Sorry miss, but to get out of my life you're gonna have to quit Wendy's first, or be fired, whichever comes first. I won't be quitting Wendy's over you.

Worst experience. I ordered a 6 dollar meal. It was just ok. I paid with $7 dollars cash. I received some coin change. Prior to the male person closed the cash register I asked if he could change a $20 into 2 $10s. He said rudely he didn't have any $10s. A manager lady that looked at me and asked "is there a problem?" I said I asked him to change a $20. She most rudely said "this is not a bank" and then turned around and walked away.

Been over a month and anytime you try to go into their lobby the doors are locked. Tried yesterday around 12pm and the doors were locked. People want to sit down and eat not get stuck in your drive thru to be treated rudely. Won't be returning. Covid lockdown is over, there is no reason to constantly have your doors locked with 4-6 employee cars parked out front. Not good business. Plan to call corporate and report this location.

Closed lobby waited 20 minutes in the drive thru when there was only 2 cars counting mine. Then when I got my food the fries were frozen and they forget my cookies. You might as well drive to a different restaurant

Very poor management, when ordered my food I asked to customize my order and the young manager argued with me, the other manager behind the counter also got sarcastic and to top it off as I walked away to sit down they started balk talking behind the counter about me as a customer, that is very un professional and un called for by any means. When I asked for other condiments and approached the counter they all just ignored me....Uncalled for and un professional, this particular location has lost my business...I think they need new professional managers not young kid managers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Employee at window (who is allegedly “in charge”) was extremely short tempered and rude. I went with a few high school friends, and upon taking THREE MINUTES to order, we got blatantly MOCKED and berated by the lady. Food has been fine in my experience but it’s really unfortunate to get literally screamed at by a 50somethin year old woman. We were teenagers for the record. Weren’t being rude or disrespectful, but apparently didn’t order fast enough for her and that was enough for her to quite literally scream at us. Also- I had called the Wendy’s afterwards to at least tell someone who was in charge about the incident so it could be looked at and handled by the company. Apparently that lady is also in charge and proceeded to yell at me and my friends over the phone. Anonymous email and name used for privacy reasons. -12/10 stars do not recommend >:( …also my fries were cold.

Everytime I walk to this restaurant the doors are locked. I called them to ask when the lobby opens. The woman on the phone said 7am so I asked her why the doors are locked just now at 12:00 and she hang up on me.
