Quality of the food is poor. From my experience, the buns are often stale and yhe food overall just taste old. The service can be good depending on who you get at the drive thru. The inside is NEVER open at this location, the doors are always locked. What’s unfortunate is that is that this is the norm for this area.

I am one who likes to save money by scanning receipts through a reward program. Each time I visited Wendy's drive through they have never been able to produce me receipts for my purchases. I stopped going. A week later I visited again and strictly asked before placing my order would I be able to get a receipt. I was told yes. I placed my order only to get to the window and was told sorry I can't give you a receipt. I asked for my money back and drove off. How do you expect patrons to patronize your business and not provide receipts for your purchases. You think corporate owners would look into this but evidently they don't care as long as they are getting your money. Talking about supporting businesses in your neighborhood. I'd rather go somewhere else.

Upon payment of my order, I asked for a receipt and was told that they were out of paper, but I wanted something in writing, and after a few minutes, he produced a register receipt as he should have.

Couldnt even get anything i was picking up for door dash is was 9pm and you have to wait in the drive thru for the order because the inside is closed. Workers standing around and drive thru line is stretched out to the highway. I called this place six times on the sixth time they picked up and told me i had to wait if was up to me i would have left but this was door dash and i was waiting 20 min in line before the customer finally just canceled their order pictures taken was my position in line after waiting 2 min. I took them at 9:26pm and i still was not by the window. So not only did i waist my time but i also didnt get paid

I love Wendy's let me start off by saying that I go to Wendy's almost every day to get a grilled chicken sandwich plain every time I go there my chicken sandwich is burnt when you eat burnt food it tastes burnt I'm not paying almost $6 for a grilled chicken sandwich that is burnt every single time I get it not only is it burnt when it's burnt it's tough you will bite the sandwich and leave part of the sandwich on the bread because it can't be bit because it's so tough again I love Wendy's grilled chicken sandwiches it just need the right person to prepare it and you can complain to management all you want to then fix your sandwich that one time and when you come back it'll be burnt again like they don't know how to cook food or need to be retrained went to Wendy's again now not only was my sandwich burnt he gave me two different sandwiches and both of them was burnt I gave them back he gave me another sandwich that I had to wait 11 minutes for and the bread had black stuff on it like the pan that he cooked the chicken in was so dirty that they left black stuff on the chicken and when he put the bread on it it went on to the bread I have pictures that I'm going to put down here with my statement if the black stuff is not from a dirty pan can someone tell me what it's from

Quick 4for4 to knock hunger pain off. Lazy eats but it gets the job done.

Today June 1st 2023 I Order An Doordash Order And My Food Was Wrong I Had To Get Out My Bed To Take The Food Back The Drive Thru Line Was Long The Inside Was Close At 9:11pm When They Suppose To Close At 10:00pm The Manager Was So Rude The Girl At The Window Going To Say “Ohh It’s Her” When I Pull Up To Window… WENDY’S SLIVER HILL RD NEEDS TO BE CLOSE OR THEY NEED TO GET A NEW STAFF

Food was hot and tasty. Customer service was great and restaurant was clean.
