GAVE ME RAW CHICKEN!!! DON'T GO HERE! I went earlier, just before 7. I had to pull up to wait on my order. I waited for about 15 minutes and then ended up leaving with a partially wrong order anyway. Also, the girl at the window handed me back my card without offering my receipt so I didn't get it. Regardless, I got a spicy asiago but I ordered a regular. I still decided to eat it because it wasn't that big a deal, but halfway through the sandwich I started seeing completely raw parts of the chicken. Insane. So gross and never going back there. I have a photo for proof. Do better or shut down.
Shortly after reopening, the food tasted great, but the place was short staffed. As of today, the food can range from “meh” to decent. Same staff issue though, and now that I think about it, they aren’t exactly friendly or welcoming. Service comparable to your average McDonald’s experience. Go here if you have no other options.
I ordered a strawberry salad through drive-through. When I returned home and took the salad from the bag, all of the strawberries are rotten. I had to take them all off. Also some of the greens were bad. I tried calling for 6 different times, no one answers the phone. Very disappointed. It will be awhile before I decide to go back. There are too many choices on the same street that deliver good food and they answer their phone.
Went today like I usually do this is typically one of my regular places for lunch, well today was just awful, the fries were cold, the freestyle soda machine had only 3 sodas and they are always very carbonated so you don’t get much soda flavor. My sandwich was amazing like always so thank you very much. I only leave this review in hopes that these small fixable issues get fixed so this can continue to be my main lunch place.
This rating is a little off. So here’s why. The food was truly terrible! I would definitely not recommend eating here. However customers service was A-1! They were all nice, clean and very friendly. Restaurant was really organized and clean!
I got two meals for lunch here. One for my dad and one for me. I rushed back to work to eat my desk...busy busy day!! I sit down at my desk and started eating...then I was ready to VOMIT! I worked so late that day and could not make it back In time to let them know.. they didn't answer the phone and I went the day without eating cause my stomach was so soured! If I was to get back there or get in touch with them I only wanted my money back cause I would NEVER eat there again. I wish I can upload the picture I took of the 2 RAW MEAT patties that was sold to me.
Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back. Food was old, soaked in oil, sloppy and thrown together. I took one bite and threw away, worried about getting food poisoning. It was not busy, we were the only people in the drive thru. Not only was the food awful, the lady with the crazy eye was disrespectful.
Is it just me, or is it a little unnerving that cashiers are allowed to "check" their phones near the register in Drive Thru. I handed my card over, and there were 4 workers in the drive-thru area, of which one had their phone out. When I received my food I had to turn my head away to place it in the car.
