Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Crestview

We walked up to the counter. 2 people were packing food. We stood there for about 5 minutes. The guy and girl both looking at us, didn't say anything, no greeting just a blank look. I asked them did we need to go to the drive through to order. The girl looked like I just slapped her and stood at the computer to take our order. I order the Nacho burger. I keep trying to see ant resemblance of the sandwich on the poster. My sandwich was a sloppy mess

Went through the drive-thru 5/2. When I paid, a young woman had gloves on and was covering her ears and seemed distressed. I don’t know if she changed them after or not but I was taught not to touch anything that wasn’t clean if you’re wearing gloves. I got home and everything was correct but my burger was cold so I had to microwave it. I live 1 mile away so it’s not like it is a long drive. I went to take a bite and noticed a black spot. Maybe mold? I will not be returning. Employee and food cleanliness is well below standard.

Applied for an interview that was suppose to be 9-9:30am. Came out at 9:40 to tell me she didn't know I had an interview but I have 20 text and emails reminding for the interview unorganized time is money why did you ask for help unprofessional

Spent $12 on a salad. And I got a spoon who can eat a salad with a spoon. And they don't have forks. Wouldn't you think they would tell you at the drive through? They don't have a fork so you don't waste. 12 dollars, I won't be back.

Young employees. Gave me medium combo when i asked for large frosty so of course I got a small frosty because the rang up med combo. Do not pay attention. Mess orders up all the time.

Not impressed with my first visit to this location. Table was dirty, fries were soggy, nuggets just barley warm. Bathroom out of paper towels. Wasn't busy and they had plenty of staff standing around. Food came quick, but you see from the picture why it was so quick. Work on quality, not speed.

I moved in to Crestview today. Being I was not presentable and busy due to move work, I just visited this Wendy's drive thru for the first time. All was good at ordering, when verifying chicken is in the Summer Strawberry salad (there's supposed to be bacon too), and paying at the first window. The 2nd window....the young lady hands me my bags with a smug look, completely silent, then after I said thank you (first to speak), she said "have a nice day" in a crass and almost forced tone. I get home....the junior cheeseburger has a greasy, wet bun and cold. The salad...missing any chicken or bacon. Nope, wasn't there. 1 out of 5, probably never going back.

Stacey, the manager assisted us with our order. Great, fresh,fast food and service. This place has definitely turned around.
