Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Cookeville

I just had to try the new Triple Nacho Cheeseburger from Wendy's today. In my opinion, it was pretty good! I'll have to go back and get another one. Just not today lol. Baxter, Tennessee doesn't have a Wendy's and I'd have to drive all the way to Cookeville just to get it. I'll definitely purchase that one more often, depending if it's here to stay on the menu or not, or if it's just a limited time thing. Other than that, I was in and out of the drive thru within 2-3 minutes. It's amazing how after I ordered, I straight up watched the kids put sour cream in the bottom of my baconator fries, and laugh like all hell. Waited to bring the order to the car to see if anyone would make it right beforehand. Guess not. Would not recommend this Wendy's.

The young thin tall man that took my order was very professional & very helpful. I was having a little trouble because my sugar was dropping & I needed to get something to eat fast. He totally understood and said his grandma has the same issue. He quickly got my order together for me & asked if I needed help with anything. He was such a nice gentleman. However the gentleman that was in the kitchen wasn't so. He didn't understand why he was checking on my order . It is a fast food restaurant..... He made sure I had everything I ordered. Truly appreciate young people making sure orders are correct & complete. I just wish I got his name. It was this past Sunday, like I said he was tall, thin, curly hair. Pretty smile.

Five dollar biggie bag is a great choice for anyone on a budget and hungry. Also their chili is amazing. Also the cookies are fresh and perfectly baked.

They're nice people but they don't have enough folks working so it takes some time to get your food. There always tends to be a mistake like forgetting cheese or giving the wrong drink. They're polite and I think they're just overworked and need management to hire additional folks so they're not rushed and making mistakes due to being constantly backed up. There is always a line and sometimes it goes into the road. They're not slow for the number of people who are working.

worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's manager refused in any way to help situation when called to express that they served spoiled salad the blt chicken was too hard to eat quality of food very low employees were not busy but couldn't help me get refund to go get food edible I will not eat there again and probably we'll never be able to eat salad again

Had to go back for my husband's Baconator, no pickle. They gave me one that was no ketchup. I can't say much about that since that was how it rang up. I did not know about that mishap until I got back in the truck, and he opened it. He took off the pickles and ate it anyway. Otherwise, the food was great. I don't know where you get your potatoes, but they are really good! I liked the lemonade and my dogs like the chicken nuggets. I wish you still had the vanilla frosty. Dogs can't have chocolate, and I don't really like strawberry flavor. Before I close, I must let you know that you have a very friendly staff. I never feel the need to get angry at them as they always go out of their way to make things right. Your store generally makes me smile. Have a nice day.

Really good for a Wendy's. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the inside of the restaurant is extremely nice. New furniture and wall coverings, and a sitting area with a faux fireplace really make you feel like you're not in just a fast food restaurant.
