I guess I could relate the external appearance to "atmosphere", it was clean and manicured. The drive thru was fast and courteous, but more importantly the food was hot at correct. I've visited several times in the past and I'll visit again in the future. Side note: as far as Spicy Chicken sandwiches go, Wendy's has one of the best. The spice kicks in and makes it memorable, lettuce/tomato/mayo. Next time I'll ask for extra lettuce. But the chicken breast was a good size and the usual 2 tomato slices were real slices, not just 1.5 or the butts. For extra value, get the $5 combo. What a value!

It was sort of an interesting experience at this place. We are actually got a very affordable meal. It was a little disorganized and maybe a little overly crowded they were running out of french fries so I had to wait for that. It also seems like maybe they were training some people. I will say all the stuff was very friendly and nice and sweet to the customers. It was kind of strange though because they put mustard on the cheeseburgers and I never had that before.

Staff was just standing around chit chatting. Multiple orders up and not one person working. 15 minutes to order and I was 3rd in line. Drive through was empty. Staff member at counter tossed items in bags like she was holding a dead mouse by the tail. She also touched people's fries with her fingers without cleaning hands or wearing gloves( she also had 2 inch fake nails). Zero customer service skills as well topped off with more attitude than you have ever seen. When your order was ready she would wait a few minutes before saying anything if at all and then she would hold your bag up and shake it at you like you were supposed to know it was for you This whole place needs overhauled. Service should get 0 stars. Atmosphere was depressing. Its also very filthy and outdated. The only highlight was that the staff conversations were in Spanish so the rest of the people couldn't understand what was being said while in line. They were literally complaining about having to help people at a fast food restaurant and they thought they were too good to do what they were there todo. They talked poorly of a door dash driver because they were upset they didn't start the order until he maid it to the front of the line to ask to pick the order up. They completely wasted his time.

Management was great. Think it was a training day. Each item ordered had to be asked for. Such as, "May I have my drink...burger... fries...backed potato... chilli. Each time the attendant thought the order was finished. Never looking down at the recipe to see if the order was completed. As I said the management was great. Very polite and patient.

Wendy's drive through was running very slow today. The food was very good and the three women working all had smiles on there faces. My only complaint is the 30 minutes we had to wait for food when going through the drive through.

I eat at Wendy's all over, and I always use the app to order. For some reason at this location I came in and waited a long time, and nothing. I finally approached the counter and asked the manager what was going on, and she said I was supposed to let them know that I was there. The thing is, I do that through the app, signaling them to prepare the food on arrival. Not in this location. Very frustrating. The location is due for a remodel and also, only part of the dining room was open, which was full, so I was forced to eat in my car. The food was fresh and delicious tho, so all was not lost.

Came in about 1030 last night hungry after driving all day. The girl working was so insanely rude... (Noones forcing you to work at Wendy's ya know). Our bacon double stacks lacked bacon, and when I asked for a couple sauces for our nuggets, she acted like it came out of her 401k. It's insane how bad customer service really can be. I'm not trying to make best friends but holy cow, if you're that miserable you definitely warrant a terrible review. Also no receipt so how convenient is that. Hope she moves on to a job she doesn't despise, for her sake, and for the customers sake.

I always enjoy this wendy's, fast and friendly service. They are usually super busy all the time thou. Good job chehalis Wendy's. I didnt give 5 star cause it is fast food.
