Ah, Wendy's. In a small town. If you happen to like Wendy's burgers/food, you aren't going to be disappointed here I think. It's a 'good' Wendy's in terms of replicating the tastes you expect and crave. Service...well, it seems pretty slow here at this location. I've been there maybe 4-5 times in the past few months, always seems to be 'busy', but more like they are understaffed or something. I did have a day where I ordered mobile, went in store to pick up from counter, and ended up waiting a total of 16 minutes from when the order was placed until food hit the counter for me to pick up, just a little longer than 'fast food' should be. Do NOT go here around lunch time unless you want a long wait: Wendy's seems to be a favorite hang out/lunch spot for the local Jr High and High School students in the area, I walked in one day to find a good 40 kids in various groups all waiting to order. Walked across the street to McDonald's instead, no wait. This Wendy's DOES honor mobile special orders and does NOT charge for most add ons via the mobile app, so you can get extra tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, sauces, cheese, etc without being charged for it. A plus!

If you've been to Wendy's then you know it's all about the food. This Wendy's does it right and consistently. So if you're looking for anything from a frosty to a badonator you can get it here and get it right. Little busy after 10 p.m. but the food is still delicious.

About a month ago I went in for lunch. I prefer to have a human take my order. I stood next to the counter for ten minutes as employees looked at me and looked away. I grew frustrated and left. I went in again today because my son wanted to go there. Knowing they would ignore me at the counter I used the kiosk. While waiting for my order I observed the staff put food items on trays, take them out and put them in bags and then put them back on trays. Obvious confusion. I finally received my order. Their burgers don't taste the same as they once did in my opinion. Patrons may have noticed that they purchased the lot to the south and have extended their parking lot. What a waste of money since they seem to discourage people from parking and coming in. Like many other establishments, they've turned down their AC. Just not what they used to be in their glory days.

I am a former General manager for Wendy's. I generally am very picky about where I eat and how my food is prepared, especially at Wendy's. I was very impressed with how I was treated by staff when I came into the dining room. My order was placed via kiosk. I always check my order before I leave the store and often have received the wrong order at this location but not today. The quality of my food was perfect everything was built correctly by the staff and was hot and fresh. Thank you Cedar Wendy's for your commitment to improvement. A shout out for the Management team also. Heard great communication between staff and everyone was focused and on task. Great job!!!

The bathrooms are awful! The smell is so bad. Smells like an outhouse. The people in the front did nothing to help us with our order. They litteraly saw us stating at them needing help with our order but didn't help is for at least 10 minutes finally we asked if they were going to help us or not. Is was so bizarre. The fries were way too salty!

We've stopped here at least a few times for lunch while traveling through. The food is good, about what you'd expect from any Wendy's. It seems like the drive thru is usually pretty slammed and can make parking and driving through a bit hazardous. It was pretty annoying this last time basically half the drinks were out of stock.

Wendy's is good for the soul type of food. Like all fast food places...it depends on the staff. Is it fresh, is it cooked right by the cookers, is it put together with clean caring hands. Well this place was good but there's always room to be better.

Good burger, fries and drink. That's it! So, I think the owner named the franchise after a daughter or granddaughter...one or the other. Must have liked burgers. Like me. Or not...but good is good and there's no way getting over good. Well, good as golden...fries, burger and drink! Got it???
