Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Caldwell

I’ve eaten here since 1988. This used to be a good place to eat. Just to see how long it would take to get a person to take my order I waited 11 minutes and 47 seconds. The bathroom was trashed, no soap in the dispenser, weird vibe, and the food…… I counted nine employees in the kitchen. The food was hot! No manager in sight…. One gal who was assembling sandwiches saw that I waited for quite a while. She made my sandwich and it was perfect! Really bummed that Wendy’s isn’t very fresh anymore……

Everything was great on our visit on 9/26/23 @ 7:15pm until we noticed the girl during the night shift who was working the sides area was on her phone texting, with her gloves on. Not only was she doing this, but she was also snacking on fries while customers were around. Typically this wouldn't really bother me (I've worked in the fast food industry) but the fact she was doing all of this while wearing her food handling gloves and not changing them between doing her own thing and handling customers food is definitely an issue.

ZERO STARS!!!130$ order. My family of 7 got cold food because they completely forgot 7 hamburgers. The 1 time I didn't check our bag and they completely f up our order. Super super upset and not happy. Do not go to this store unless they are super busy. They don't care at all about quality or consistency. I'm very very disappointed in this establishment. They don't care about your order. I'm pissed. No apologies or anything

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. The drive through lady was extremely rude and in a hurry for nothing at 6:30 in the morning. Then our order was wrong, thankfully we hadn't left the parking lot before we figured it out. Seriously the worst experience. I would avoid this place.

Came through the drive thru between 7:30-8pmish on 9/26/23 GREAT EXPERIENCE! Food was fresh + hot. Service was very fast and friendly for how busy it was.

Called about 20 minutes ago. My family and I stopped at this Wendys on the way home to Ontario. Team staff forgot my sons meal. I payed for with my card. Quickly called for what you would think would be a common sense response to give refund through their machine. And they also didn’t give me a receipt. Apparently not common sense enough to the girl Drew with no last name apparently “the manager”. The girl answered the call offering for me to pick up the refund. Firstly I dont live in Caldwell. While on this phone call with Drew she laughed over the phone and wasn't accommodating. She than hung up the phone on me. I recorded the whole conversation very snotty behavior as a manager. Be kind and do your job with empathy. This person needs to be removed.

Fast friendly service! Our food order was correct and the food was hot and fresh. The young man working the window was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

i went last night with my boyfriend and we ordered on the touch screen and the first thing i put in the order was a cookie before we ordered the rest and i know that i ordered a cookie. when we got our order i told one of the employees they forgot my cookie and he told me that i never ordered one. i know damn well i did im not crazy. (we didn’t get a receipt)
