Fries were cold refried fries. They were orange color with crusties allover them. Threw them away. Worker was extremely rude and rushed us. We didnt even finish ordering and she rushed us to the window only to tell us she couldn't make the one thing she let us order. The lemonade had something in it. Like pepper or dirt. Had to dump it out. Overall terrible experience. Quality was garbage. Waste of money. Didnt even give us receipt so we couldn't review them through their actual store.

This Wendy's never has anything that u want to order. Also never any workers takes forever to get an order even placed and another 10 minutes for the food. They need more workers and better service and management of the food ordered to the company.

I live around the corner from this Wendy's but try to avoid it at all cost because its always a bad experience. I'm not sure who owns this restaurant but they really need to fire every single person who works here including the managers or they are going to lose all kinds of business. This place is AWFUL! Bad service, the help look like slobs, the red headed cook was disgusting and had a bad attitude, the place was so disgustingly dirty, the women were so rude and dirty looking. GROSS GROSS GROSS! DO NOT EAT HERE!

If I could give a zero star, I would. I will be boycotting your store due to your incompetent workers AND managers. I live near by so it was more convenient for me, but it's always issue after issue when I leave. My current issue for today is a fried hard spicy chicken asiago that I had to repeat myself 4 times for. Thanks guys!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Went last night at 11 to order food, all lights were off, wasn’t sure if they were even open. The lady was so rude to us. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her by ordering food an hour before they closed. Said in a snippy tone “that’s going to take 20 minutes to make!” We said we would wait. But we only decided to drive away and not get anything when we see the worker slowly making her way from the back up to the front walking at a snails place and looking grumpy and I said that she looked like the most miserable person I have ever seen. I’ll never go here again. Place seems like it needs a complete overhaul. Don’t you understand that your workers are the first line of defense when it comes to an appearance? And when they talk rude and act and look grumpy that it doesn’t even matter about the food anymore, it’s such a huge turn off! Went to the one in Grand Blanc and was treated a hell of a lot better!

I would advise going to a different Wendy's. These workers are rude to customers they don't like their fast food job and it shows. They have trouble getting an order correct and get mad at you when you politely let them know what's wrong. She has a horrible attitude cause she was asked to fix it. She was getting irritated cause we asked a few questions about the menu. Another trip we went for breakfast and they stopped serving it early. My sister asked do you stop at 10:20 or 10:30 she replied rudely with 10:20 knowing she was wrong no apology just an attitude. I won't return to this Wendy's.

Just horrible. Asked for a burger sandwich only plus a cup of ice, only to realise after I pulled away they charged me for a meal. The burger was inedible. Dry and hard as a hockey puck. I threw it out. For almost $10, all I really enjoyed was a small cup of ice. Not my first bad experience with Wendy's. But definitely my last.

Went to go order breakfast at 10:12 and they said their computers are down for 20 minutes and by the time they will be up they would only be serving lunch. 🤢🤢 highly disgusted because why can’t you take the order and cash it out using downtime procedures very unprofessional. Also before I even drove there I called the phone multiple times to make sure my gas wasn’t wasted and they never answered.
