Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Brooksville

This Wendy's store in the Ridge Manor area was gave us a very pleasant experience. We were given great customer service by a Miss Donna and her crew. They were very attentive and friendly. It was an all around very good time when both the food and the atmosphere warm the soul.

Service sucked!!!!! Took them like 10 mins to even take our order and not once did they say hi they werent busy at all food was cold. They were rude and act like they dont wanna be there... Well never go back

We Love Wendy's! That being said, we will always be going there and getting food. But as for yesterday's visit this is the most disappointing visit to date. The woman working the window was so incredibly rude. Slamming window several times. Apparently she was new and customer before me was very rude to her. So she was still upset about that and took it out on me. Spoke to Shift Manager, she explained this to me and apologized over and over about the situation. I feel so bad for her because of the turnaround in employees there. AND THIS WILL NOT STOP US FROM GOING THERE! The new employee will have to learn to compartmentalize her frustrations and treat each customer individually. THAT WON'T KEEP US AWAY... WILL BE BACK!

Wendys, if you are reading this, stop slacking and being cheap and hire others to help this location out. They are way to busy to have only 2 people working at a time. The service is good but the wait is absolutely terrible for fast food.

First of all I have always preferred Wendy's over Burger King and McDonald's. That being said I have visited a lot of Wendy's. This particular Wendy's is by far the worst of all the stores I have been to . I drive by it daily on my way to work . You always are asked to pull to the parking lot to wait for your breakfast sandwich . It is supposed to be fast food , most recently after waiting about 10 minutes in the parking lot I was needing to get to work so I went in to get the sandwich or a refund , the girl at the register very rudely told me they were waiting on eggs and shoved the recept back at me , I asked for a refund and said well hold on just a minute , looking at me very hard and rudely handed me the refund . Very unprofessional, bad management, eggs should be made at 8:30 in the morning . I will not stop here again .

Simple meal, 6 piece no sauce and large fry. Food turned out stale and gave me abdominal cramping for three days. 🤷‍♂️ Never coming to this location again out of fear of food borne illness

Chili and baked potato were good. Our window order person, Collinique, had a wonderful smile and was very friendly. The downer was the tiny, moldy, fruit! Yuck, it went into a trash bin several miles north on I-75. One healthy item on the menu and it was inedible!

Went through the drive thru. Needed a snack to tideme over until I prepared dinner. I had the 6 piece nuggets, no sauce, and a small cold brew coffee with vanilla. My first time having the cold brew coffee, and I was very pleased. Great body, not too weak, or too strong. Sweet, but not teeth achingly sweet. I will go back just for the coffee.
