This Wendy's is the best. Took in 43 stranded traveller's for several hours while our bus was repaired. Manager and staff are great. Please patronize these folks!

Stopped here while traveling to get a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive-thru and the service was good. Had my food in a reasonable time after ordering. I had the $5 biggie bag. The sandwich had a little too much Mayo but still tasted great! The fries and chicken nuggets were also good. Only issue was that they forgot to give me a straw but when I asked for one they addressed the issue quickly. Landscaping outside was nice and inviting. Overall good experience here.

Just went through their drive thru today ( sunday) around 1140. Wasnt busy at all. Ordered two kids meal a plan chicken sandwhich combo and their new grilled wrap. The wrap, which is supposed to be shredded cheese ranch chicken and romain lettus. I got a little sauce one large piece of lettus and a slice of cheese used on the hamburgers, not shredded, which i had to pull off. Flavor just wasnt there. Our kids meals had no toys and misisng the sauce in one of them. Overall not planning on another visit to this location for a while.

Badly under staffed. We've here about 45min now. Still haven't received our order. Might as well go to a full sit down restaurant. Hopefully the food will be ready soon. Definitely use the drive through. It's highly prioritized. If the screen is full they stop taking inside orders until a spot opens up in the drive through. Decently clean bathrooms. Floor is very sticky in main lobby area. Spilled drink is still on the floor by the condiment counter. Edit: After we left we found the ice had a very distinct soap/cleaner taste to it. Nice that it was cleaned, but must not have been rinsed out after. Had to throw out the drinks.

I’m not understanding how hard is it to get fresh food? Do you want an old soggy burger!!! You know an old burger when the tomato has dissolved!!!! And you bite and it then it running liquid everywhere!! Cheese looks golden!! Just old and disgusting!!! Purchase it 11.87 for a meal that was old as hell probably sitting in the Ben. Old old old old burgers !! Rude staff members!!! They all need to be retrained!! Like fix your face!! And stop giving short answers! Hi welcome to Wendy’s May I take your order please… #1 would you like a coke for your drink?! Ok sprite… Will this complete your order?! Thank you please pull around to the first window .. like is that so darn hard for you to say!! Leave your problems at the front door!! We customers didn’t do anything to your rude unprofessional selves!!! We work hard for our money as well so at least you can do!! Is make sure THE FOOD IS FRESH AND HOT!! Body language, Tone and facial expressions dealing with customers!! Fix all of that!! I wish I was a mystery shopper your score would be a flat zero!!!

Tried to order at like 1 in the morning, no one was in line. I know they're open at this time. sat at the speaker for 30 minutes and tried to call the store, no answer. Pulled up to the window, obese fat guy leaning over the counter on his phone and saw me pulled up and asked me what I needed and I placed my order with him at the window. no one was in there doing any work. Everyone was on their phone. If yall are going to ignore customers and avoid your job then you shouldn't be open late.

Poorly managed. Not customer friendly. Slow service. Unprofessional staff. Subpar food and a waste of time waiting only to receive the wrong order. Manager will defend rather than train for improvement. Staff shouldn't be playing around goofing off when they aren't providing satisfactory services. Not a good look Wendy's.

Do not ever spend money here. Company doesn't care about employees, even with proof that the nighttime manager Will, has threatened the staff. District manager doesn't care nor does HR. Stay away!!!
