Breakfast Menu "Wendy's" Bluffton

Ordered a baconator with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. It seems me asking for no bun also meant that I didn't want bacon, because I didn't get it. On a triple baconator. So disappointing. Small redemption comes from then giving me parm crisps instead of croutons, which I loved.

I'm not usually so critical, but we stopped in the other evening shortly before closing for some frosties which had obviously been overfilled and then had the lids pressed on and then rinsed off leaving ice cream under the lip of the lid which wound up all over us and the vehicle. If you're going to leave a bunch of children to run your business at closing you might want at least one adult there to keep the music volume down from inside the store and babysit the food quality going out the window, just saying.

Drive thru 5/22/23 @5pm. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen. Main window we were asked to pull forward with no one behind us. My husband said can we just wait here and the attendant said sure. The manager brought our food to the window and stated in a very sarcastic and condescending manner “here’s your order, thanks for having such great customer manners.” My husband replied with “that’s not very nice customer service” and she shut the window. We were stunned at her attitude so we checked our order to ensure it was correct. She this opened the window back up and sarcastically said “is there a problem” to which my husband replied “no just checking” she then stated “well why don’t you work on those customer manners.” I’m stunned that we were treated that way. The food was great but terrible management! Won’t be back all because of her attitude. Such a shame.

We stopped at Wendy’s in Bluffton and had already gotten food for my 3 year old from McDonald’s. We were planning to eat there and bought food there. We were treated poorly, and told we must leave because we brought my daughter McDonald’s inside…

We ordered food for 2 adults and 3 kids with the 4 for 4, $5 biggie, and $6 bag. We had nothing but problems with our order from drive through, luckily we didn’t leave the lot yet and went in to get 3/5 hamburgers fixed (some had mustard when they weren’t supposed to, some were only ketchup and came with onions and pickles…) then my wife came back out with the “fixed” food and one of the hamburgers was still wrong. Doesn’t seem like any of the teenagers care about what goes or don’t go on the sandwich. Mine was about the only one right because I had everything that came on it so I expect they just put everything on it and don’t pay attention to what the order asked for. Then while I was waiting to get the fixed food another car from drive through pulled over and went in carrying their bag seems like they were not organized and it shouldn’t take 3 times to get a small hamburger right.

I ordered through the app was able to access my points to redeem a free baconator didn't have any issues. The line was kinda long at the drive through. The food was good I also got a bucket of nuggets they were hot and I received plenty of dipping sauces with out being harassed like at McDonald's. I think by taking the lid off the bucket immediately makes the nuggets stay crispy if not they feel soggy and bloated. Food was good and hot reasonable priced and a free sandwich good experience.

Ate in the dining room at 7pm on 5-19-23 the food was fine but the female manager was yelling at the all employes about performance and the whole dining room could hear it. Dave would not have tolerated it.

Only once have I not gotten my correct food from them but every other time it’s quick and great food! They don’t mess around at this Wendy’s!
