Love that their wifi connection can be reached across the street at Shell. It's a good thing because the lobby is never open due to short staff. The manager however is the best. She once bought me breakfast because I was broke waiting on a ride
Employees continually on their phone and purposely ignore customer at the counter. Food came wrong and employee lied to my face when I questioned it. Cleaning was deplorable and had gum hanging from my table. Recommend going to Wendy's on Maumee if you want a quality meal
Me and my family were just trying to have a peaceful dinner but the manager gave us attitude just because we wanted more mayonnaise and she called the cops on us and got us trespassed. She was being very disrespectful and they don’t wear hair nets or gloves while touching other peoples food. Also one of the employees flipped off an older lady just because she said that the employee looked like a boy with her short hair and being very rude to customers it use to be so good but now they went down.
Not a pleasant experience. So so food and service and atmosphere were severely lacking. Hope it was just a fluke experience. I have faith they will turn this experience I had into a distant memory. They need to do just a tad better service and atmosphere wise. The food quality I think was hindered by the subpar service. An when both those are lacking it made for poor a atmosphere . Will try again to see if it was how they conduct themselves on a daily basis or was it just a bad day.
Food is okay.not really the greatest and employees are not happy kinda brings down the mood of customers .and it's not just one time. Its every time you go. But if you need a cheap meal it's good for that.
Placed a mobile order, door was locked so had to walk up to drive through window to get my food. Once I got home the rest of the food was great but my coffee tasted like mold
French fries 1/2 to one inch long Chicken had hard chunks in breading.
Air conditioner is conveniently broken, I could see each employee was sweating bad while CEO is sitting in his or her air conditioner office and wondering why people quit. Building looks good for not remolding done, in years.
