What I ordered VS what I actually got. I even thought it was a little much and tipped the gentleman 3 dollars for doing it. Then I got that. And there was little bit more Spanish but missing several ingredients. He kept saying he would love to see me eat all of it too. And it wasn't even all I ordered lol. Disappointing after working for several hours without a meal. Just be careful yall. Hope they don't do this all the time. We work hard for our little bit of money. Most all of us struggle.

I normally look forward to going to Wawa when I visit from out of state, which is usually only about once a year. Didn’t realize they had changed their procedures for how you receive your take out orders. Kid behind the counter let me just stand there like an idiot for about 10 mins not saying a word or acknowledging the fact I had been waiting for so long. When I asked if that was my order sitting behind the counter he gave me the snottiest response and proceeded to tell me how I should know how everything there works and that I shouldn’t be coming in and ordering anything then if I don’t. The blatant disrespect this kid gave me was enough to never step foot in a Wawa again. Kid needs to be fired, has no clue how to talk to people. Absolute degenerate

I would highly recommend that no one actually order from the website for the store located on 2705 Thonotosassa Rd, Plant City, FL 33563, USA. They took the order, took the payment, and then only delivered half of the order. When contacted all they could offer was for me to actually come into the store to pick up the missed item. I am out the money, the food, and now if I want the credit I will have to come into their store. This is the worst customer service and I would never frequent this store again.

One more time I'm going to eat a sandwich at this WAWA, I complained to the attendant and she told me that this was normal as follows and attached photo, I asked for my money back and she threw my money on the floor, as if I were a dog, I told her take it and put it on the counter, otherwise I would call the police, so soon she took it and put it on the counter, besides the bad service, the bathroom is very dirty, I would never go back to this WAWA store. In the face of all the bad service and lack of hygiene, the manager had no attitude, and was also disrespectful.

So this has never happened to me ever I ordered a classic roast beef they made a mistake and made a shortie no biggie remake it right. I noticed the assistant general manager dissecting the already made sandwich to move its contents to the new roll I said excuse me please just remake it she questioned me at first then agreed 30 seconds later she about to move the cheese to the new sandwich ( I ordered double cheese) I then said to her can you please just remake it because now your hands have torn through it and I don’t know where those gloves hands were before this issue started she was trying to argue it out with me. This was the assistant general manager Rachel of the store. I’ve been a Wawa customer since the 80s when I was kid I’ll never come back to this store … it was embarrassing

Bathrooms are really really dirty. Management needs to do a better job at keeping it clean.

Purchased a ceaser wrap from this location around 12 p.m. November 11th, 2021. Bit into whatever this is, chipped my front. Thanks Wawa. Hope corporate takes this much further.

I didn't receive half of my order so my delivery driver went back to try and correct it. I was not the phone for the entire interaction. The manager Rachael was incredibly rude and was yelling at Ron the entire time. She refused to show what they "reviewed" or how they knew for sure they gave him the whole order. She was yelling across the store at him and the other customers even after he had walked away to purchase the items with his own money(I paid him back for it, and gave a bigger tip). Rachael did not adress him the way you would think a manager would. She was angry and yelling the entire time.
