Today, I found a dead fly in my Ciabatta sandwich, took one bite, and almost threw up. I usually go to wawa in the mornings after work, but today is the last time I set foot in this stablisment. Please check your prep table and your vegetables. This is disgusting.

Zero stars should definitely be an option as this location is poorly ran & there associates are beyond rude & nasty. Not sure who too mad at, ghetto employees, or maybe the managers who hired them but then I question who put them in place because evens blind person could see everyone in that location failed the customer service 101 course!

I have always had good to great experiences in WaWa locations. But North NJ not so well. Management should be more involved in their store operations. If they were to watch often, not 1 day a month, they would spot issues. Although they can see all these reviews and still havent made change. Remove the manager and their manager. Eagle's eat ducks. Therefore there's no Eagles within this branch. Only ducks.

I walked into wawa hoping to get an iced water from the soda machine along with other items. I was very disappointed to find a sign on the machine saying no free ice. However, I was willing to pay for it. I was flabbergasted when there was no ice at all. What is the point of having a soda machine if you can’t get a drink with ice? Disappointed to say the least. Will NOT be retuning.

Wawa Kearny is one of the best. The store is always neat, clean and well stocked even during its busy times. The lines move quick and the staff is friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

This place used to be good...no cashiers early in the morning when I need to take coffee fast and go to work. And no coffee ready to go in another time too, like 7pm, and that is the 4° time that happened. That's why I'm whiting this. I'm very disappointed.

I always come to this wawa and get the DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP FROZEN COFFEE with oat milk. Everytime no matter who makes its on point. However tonite PETRA who actually as made this drink for me before and it’s been on point made it tonite and it was totally a different color and taste. I pointed it out and she got defensive and insisted it’s the oat milk making it lighter. I told her “but u have made this drink for me before and it’s darker and good”. She tells me she added extra shot which I didn’t even ask for cuz that is what she does so it takes like coffee. I asked her to make it again. She did and insisted she followed the recipe. Again looked like the one she made the first time. So my boyfriend went in and insisted it was wrong and Petra gave him so much attitude and then the manager Jamaal had to even get involved and made it a third time but didn’t take our side. But he made it correctly. But made it aggressively. So both Petra and Jamaal clearly were not putting the customers needs first. And what makes it worse is how Petra insisted she was right when in fact every time I have gone to this wawa different people make the drink and it looked nothing like the one Petra made. And so all of them r wrong and she is right? A very dissatisfied experience when prior to this Kearney wawa was my go to. Not so much now.

This wawa likes to keep your change lol. Employees behind the registers terribly rude and offer no customer service what so ever. a utterly useless
