spent 30 minutes waiting for this salad. was supposed to be a garden salad with extra egg and a mixture of spinach and romaine, the base salad mixture barely even reach anywhere near the edge, had only one egg that look like I've been ripped apart into chunks by hand. The salad is not worth the amount of money that I spent on it or the 30-minute wait. if you're going to have new people on the line maybe make sure they're ready to be alone instead of throwing them to the wolves. The store used to be really good and now it's gone really downhill.

This used to be my go to store. When I'm at work I order delivery and it always comes from this location. I have had issues where my subs where wrong on pick up. Got home and realized it. Not driving back out 15 miles. I went to verify my order the next time, told them what I was doing and the guy says well if you open it I can't return it. I said then you make sure it's correct for me. He got an attitude with me. Today I ordered breakfast. Two playing bagels with extra cream cheese on both of them. With your photo attached you will see that it is not extra cream cheese at all and I paid for it. They need new workers ...

Made me the worst hoagie I've ever had. Stopped by to grab hoagies for dinner tonight and when we got them home, they were terrible - stale bread, ingredients we didn't ask for, ingredients we did ask for were not there. Waited in the store 20 min for these terrible hoagies. We threw them away after a few bites. This place needs new management. On top of the slow service and terrible quality - no manager or employee told the man standing around drinking milk to turn off the offensive music he was blasting. Go anywhere else.

Nothing worse than poor customer service. There was Darlene at the counter, I walked up to her and said can you give me a price on a carton of cigarettes? She said gruffly "with an ID I could". And she walked away. I ssupposed she went to get the cigarettes, but 3 to 5 minutes later I found her on the other side of the counter running a different register than the one I approached her at. Rude, very rude and bad attitude, Darlene. She does not need to hold a customer service position! Then there was Gloria, who, having witnessed this, came to my rescue and asked could she get that price for me. She apologized for Darlenes actions and helped me out. Now THAT is customer service. Gloria needs a raise and Darlene needs to find a different type of work. I don't know why this WAWA has so many problems keeping good customer service representatives. Maybe they should try paying the good ones what they are worth and get rid of the ones that treat customers like they are bothering them. Nothing loses customers more than poor customer service!!! Darlene cost you the fifth star, but Gloria got you the other 4.

This location use to be my go to gas station but after being harassed, yesterday afternoon, by pan handlers who were relentless, begging for money, I will not go back. The outside of the front store had trashed piled up, where the pan handlers had been sitting. The store inside was in a disarray.

Best coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are always good, hot, and available during breakfast/morning rush our times (unlike other similar gas station stores).

Eli, John, & Johnathan are my new squad! Don't ever get rid of them please! I came in there (and they weren't busy) and Eli was ready to help. I didn't know if they had breakfast 24 hours, but he just said, "I'll make you some!" He SAVED my gloomy day. That whole team did, but these three were personable, ready to help, and very funny. I will make this my after work hit more often. Thanks guys, you are amazing!
