Food tastes good. Service has always left me wanting more Yesterday called my order in. Got there 10 min later (3:15 pm) and they hadn't started my food. I was the only one there I watched them take a frozen hot dog out and put it in the microwave, then onto the flattop. I like the puds and chicken, and the tank is great, but just make sure they make what you ordered. That happened once before, made me something I didn't ask for and I had to wait for them to make the right thing. Food is good though.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Over two hours late. I called them twice, took approximately 20 minutes for them to pick up, asked for a refund then they I assume just put the phone down as I was subjected to 20 mins of hearing background noise and a riveting conversation between coworkers about weed and how college kids think they know everything. I then proceeded to hang up and tried calling again for 20 more minutes before getting an answer. Don’t recommend and from reading the reviews I’m sure this is not the first or last time they will do this to someone :)

Amazing food, I love the Chicken Bacon wrap with bbq sauce 😍 Staff are all really nice and it was ready quick. Fries were good too, get them seasoned 👍 Make Wally's you're next stop on campus!

The food is okay... when you get it on time and correct. However, this is about 25% of the time. You are literally playing Russian roulette every time you order due to the staff's incompetence at delivery. I've ordered from wally's about 5 times now, every time hoping that they wouldn't screw up my order. One of these times they managed to forget my Pepsi, sure, and honest mistake I suppose. The second time everything was great, the food came nice and hot and I got all the sauces and drinks I requested. The third time, I paid by debit card and was ghosted by Wally's for 2 hours while waiting for my delivery. At around 2:00AM they finally picked up my phone call and reverted the charges. The fourth time I ordered was okay, the food came after 1 hour and a half but I was told on the phone that it would take a while so I didn't mind. The fifth and my final time, I just ordered from Wally's today and have the worst experience in my years of ordering food. First, I was told that the order would take 30-45mins to arrive. After 1 hour I called and the lady said it would take a few more minutes. After an hour and a half the food came and it was missing the requested Honey Mustard sauces. I called the delivery person and he said he would bring it to me on his next trip around. An hour passes... I call the restaurant and they said they'll send him out ASAP. I wait another 30mins before I called the delivery person again and he said there was an ambulance in front of the store so they wouldn't be able to send it to me. Sure, okay, I guess. I drive to the store to pick up some Honey Mustard because I live relatively close by. After I get in the store I am handed 3 packets of sauces. I go back to my apartment and after pouring the sauce over my food and taking the first bite, realize he gave me REGULAR MUSTARD. This may be another 'honest' mistake, but Wally's has finally lost my business after many attempts. These experiences are unfortunate since the food is good when you are craving nuggets and fries, however due to their customer service and ways of handling deliveries. It is definitely not worth the hassle. I ended up ordering from another restaurant across from them for my meal today and throwing out the Mustard covered Wally's food. This was all after I gave them a generous $5 tip on a $14 meal when the restaurant is only about a 2 minute drive away.

Good food and friendly service. The breakfast sandwich and coffee special is a great deal for a quick filling breakfast. Great local eatery.

I'm addicted to the "Wally" w/ onion rings. A generous portion of lightly fried fresh chicken breast "bits" (that translates to chunks) w/ yummy onion rings and a drink. Irresistible.

Decent food. A little barren on the inside. Need to make a real full menu but damn them puds are good.

I like its fresh fried combos. Definitely worth a try
