Swung thru here while on our way back from a road trip — quiet, clean and quick breakfast. All the things you would expect food wise. Shift change was happening and the woman taking over definitely took a lot of pride in the cooking area and making sure it was clean. She was a little frustrated w third shift for making such a mess but I applaud her for speaking up 🎯🤘🏼

Food was fair at best, waffle was flat and rubbery. Waitress put the food on the table with Bill never came back to see if we needed anything else. Restrooms were totally dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a while.
The people here are always very nice and considerate. Food is always good and the service is excellent and they always go the extra mile. Not many places to go around here in the middle of the night, but these folks do a great job. Nothing but praise for this location!
We came into the Point South Waffle House #681 with a large group. The staff was speedy, the food was great and customer service was excellent. They played music for us and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Thanks to the 3rd shift crew- Dave, Jim, Sam and Tati!
Stopped in by random with my fiance and our 3 naturally hyper kids on our drive from CT to FL and the guy who served us was awesome! As a fellow industry worker, I always appreciate really amazing service! Give this kid some recognition because he deserves it! Unfortunately I'm horrible with names but I believe he has one kid, maybe a 1 year old? Food was absolutely phenomenal as well
Waffle house food is always good for the soul. Dining experience would have been much better if we hadn't had to hear an employee and a customer talking politics and saying all Republicans were stupid.
I don't understand Waffle House (or maybe I do). They charge 10% for takeout (I was charged it twice--I was only given a total and then handed the itemized receipt AFTER i paid) and they *still* want a tip. And not having a receipt to see this, I was dumb enough to give them one. I shouldn't have come here. 4:13pm 7/3/23
