When we walked in all the tables were dirty and had all the dirty dishes on them still, we sat down and I had to clean my own table than there was only 2 people, we wait over a hour just to get something to drink, and another hour for our food, than our food was cold and under cooked. It was ridiculous the whole time, if you don't have enough people to work closes the place down. The worse part is when I went to go pay the cook was trying to over charge me, my food was 40.77 he try to say it was almost 60$ anit no way. Then he acted like he didn't know how to add up the total so i had to on my phone. This place is so nasty and ghetto it's crazy.
Left another Waffle House to come here. Was greeted when we walked in the door by All the staff. The manager, I think her name was Teresa was very friendly. Our waitress Kim, although they were in the middle of a shift change was very attentive. The cook helped her bring the food out along with bringing our gravy and butter. This is a great example of teamwork. The food was great and the service was even better.
The food was great. The three employees who were serving in the restaurant were very professional. The cook wore gloves, very clean, attention to detail. The servers treat people with respect and make you feel welcome. Today’s food was great.
What are colorful experience I had there. It was very busy so I wasn't surprised that the server completely misunderstood me when I was ordering. When I tried to let her know that I think she misunderstood me she insisted that she did and she walked away. But when my food arrived it was half wrong. It's okay though, I couldn't stop laughing the whole time I was there. I didn't enjoy my food but the coffee was great. Great place to people watch. That's all I'll say.
My and husband and I had a really good experience here today. We both ordered hash brown bowls, his with chicken and mine with cheesesteak. Both delicious, as well as our blueberry waffle. We are both very happy with this visit.
Only giving it 4 stars due to the cook. Our waitress was on her phone and allowed my sons waffle to burn 3 different times. They were not busy as we were the only ones in there. The cook was on point and made mine, my husband and our friends food with no problem. Then went on break. No problem as I said we were the only table. However, like I said the waitress had to remake his waffle 3x due to her being on her phone. She tried to play it off like it heated really fast. She left it in there for more the 7 minutes each time. The cook came back in and made it all up with how very professional and caring they were about the situation.

These poor ppl seemed to be short handed! 1 lady couldn't get her orders called out right to save her soul but what I liked is that the manager stopped making waffles and helped to clear the payment line, put on gloves and made drinks, passed out food and helped prepare meat and eggs. She wasn't just standing there but she was flowing from 1 end of the restaurant to the other. We, as well as every customer after us, were greeted upon entering. Our food was cooked as fast as possible despite them having a packed house. The waitress was very friendly and professional. My son was very happy with his chocolate chip waffles. Update....today was a good visit. The ladies were a lil slow to come to us but once the Did the service we received was fast. They were super friendly. Food was cooked properly and our waitress made sure to keep checking on us every few minutes. Despite us interrupting their breaks they still took good care of us.
