This place is small, very dirty and the food wasn't even that good. We wanted to stop somewhere quick because we were on our way home from Arizona to Pennsylvania and we will never stop at this or any other waffle houses. Thus place is dirty, unkempt and the bathrooms were atrocious! Stay way and find somewhere else to visit. With a name like "Waffle House" and the fact that 90 percent of their menu includes waffles, that they would make good waffles. Nope, the waffles that we ordered were dry, small and very little toppings.
The employees seemed lackadaisical at best the food was prepared too quickly leaving the hash browns half raw. Waffle house is usually good but this one does not meet the standard.
Always good basic grub. 24-hours. Best coffee in town. UPDATE Jan. 2017: this location is closing after 30+ years. New location will be 3/4 mile South on same road (Hwy 59).
Floor was Filthy. Thought about leaving, but needed to get lunch over and back to work. Food was okay, nothing to brag about. I've eaten at a lot of Waffle Houses, this one barely makes the middle.
The only place we found open on Christmas day. Was sad to see them work on Christmas day but at the same time so glad to find something that we could eat as we were so hungry. Service was excellent and they were so cheerful despite having to work on Christmas.
Open 24 hours, near the interstate, and they're about to unveil their new store...located just down the same street as this one! Always a friendly staff...have known some of the staff for years.
Tasty American style breakfast at a good price. Hash browns are the bomb. If you are on the road this the place to go.
Always a great little place to fallback to. Never seems to be how long your gone. They always remember you and your order. That's customer service.
