This was hands down the best Waffle House experience I've had in my entire life! Our waitress was extremely sweet and very professional. We had a large group and she handled it flawlessly! The food was much better than I'm used to and even the cook came and asked us if we enjoyed our meals! It is a real diamond in the rough!

5 STAR SERVICE! Waitress was incredibly pleasant and staff were friendly! Cook did his thing food was bomb and hot!

Hard to explain but I don't like Waffle House. Have attempted to eat there on multiple occasions but always get twisted with their weird menu. For example, The 5 star (may have that wrong) comes with a waffle..personally I don't do waffles but you can't substitute all that breading for anything else...staff didn't make me feel any better after looking at me " cross eyed" for changing my mind and walking out. Not gonna try this place anymore. LAST TIME.

I was on the way home and stop by to pick me up some dinner at 9:35 pm August 9th 2023. I stood there at front counter faith no one acknowledging Me to place my order. I finally had a server claiming that he would be right with me. It wasn't busy maybe 2 other customers there. Than server ended up leaving and leaving me at front counter still waiting. I finally asked the manager if there was anyone to place my order he said sure and steady did other things and ignored me by not taking order. I decided to than walk out. I wouldn't recommend this place off lawrenceville highway to anyone. Extremely rude, unprofessional, obviously don't care about their customers. I take customer service very seriously. I was appalled how I was treated and will get in touch with corporate. unacceptable and no customers should be treated this way

I went in on my lunch break. Three people walking around without asking to assist me. Finally the lady took my order, which I ordered a pattymelt. She asked me did I want onion and I said yes. She finally finished the meal and said oh we don't have onions. Needless to say I left without food and wasted my whole lunch break waiting for rude employees to take my order who waste my time. Definitely won't support this location... ever!

Tried calling to place an order, no one answered. So I decided to go ahead and place an To-Go order in person, a 2 minute drive. Pulled up and all the employees sitting down with no customers in sight. Too busy to answer the phone? I'll go somewhere else.

I'm posting this review with the hope that management will make some immediate improvements. Stopped at this location on 2/8 in the afternoon. The server was A+. She was very engaging and personal, one of the best servers I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately though, the food was horribly prepared. Me and my parents have been coming to this location for many years and this was by far the first bad food experience I had at this location. The scrambled eggs were cooked in dirty grease, as there were burnt scrapings in the eggs, telling me that the cook clearly didn't clean the grill prior. The double cheeseburger I ordered had patties that were burnt and hard. It was like they were prepared earlier, burnt, and left to the side until someone (me) ordered a burger so that the patties couldn't be thrown away! The cook needs retraining for sure. Total nonsense. Sadly, we won't be coming back to this particular Waffle House in the future. Mistakes happen, but this was sheer incompetence.

Looking for a late night diner at 3am, we stumbled upon this Waffle House. A customer was arguing about a $50 bill that the employee swore was a fake. After seating, the employee told me they were gonna have to close up for 45 min cuz they needed a break. We left!
