Marcy knows how to run an amazing store!!! It's clean, everyone says good morning.. they help set each other's tables up.. get drink if needed.. the food was delicious.. totally reminds me of old school waffle house and I love it!!!!
Mrs. Gina was an awesome server. Never waited on coffee and all issues were handled very well. We definitely need more customer service like hers in these food places. Me and my wife had a great experience and will ask for her everytime.
OMG I've posted this twice on The Reviews & I Still Haven't Had Anyone Contact me But Best Believe I Know how to contact Corporate Office. I still have all the text messages from the manager that was Supposed to Handle This matter & Now He Ignores My Calls and Text messages.. Terrible Food Fire The Cook
I always have an amazing time here. Great staff and great food. Kierra or Kaitlyn has always given us the best service. Twin always cook us our food perfectly as ordered. T-bone Steak dinner and the pork chop dinners. Our go to Waffle House in the late hours. Come give these staff your business!
My family and I have been to waffle house many times, usually the one down the road from this one, and all is good; heck the waitresses know us. Tonight we went to this waffle house, big mistake. My son's sausage was burnt, my hasbrowns where burnt, my hamburger was burnt, my wife's cheese and eggs well the cook didn't add it so when my wife mentioned it the cook tossed a slice of cheese on eggs and called it good...it wasn't even melted. Then the cook wanted to make the waitress pay for the bad food because she said it was the waitresses fault. No manager was on duty. Will not go back there again.
This place used to have the best cook named Marty, now the food. especially the hashbrowns are over cooked and burnt. Get a new cook please!!
Typical Waffle House. They had very good, and nice, service! I would stop here again anytime!
