Food, Service, & Place was all very nice. I've Always appreciate that they have senior meau for my parents!

Not that a Waffle house is a 5 star restaurant, but compared to the one in Greer, SC that exact night. It was amazing. I got what I needed, and I was a little needy. I gobbled that stuff up like I was about to die. Considering I had been in the hospital, I kind of felt that way. Service was great. Place was clean. We left the Greer, SC, on wade Hampton and went there because they just wanted to complain to each other in front of everybody. Stressing me out. Which was the main reason I went to the hospital. We sat at the Greer location for over 15 minutes, and never received a greeting or a drink. Thank you for saving my night!!!!

Wife & I came for a delicious breakfast before I had to go to work on our 5 year wedding anniversary! The power went out, and the staff made the ambiance with the candlelight breakfast! This was definitely a 1 of 1 experience, and I couldn't be more appreciative!

Couldn't get service. There a total of 5 customers, 4 of them were receiving there food as we arrived, 1 waiting on his. My son went in to order only a chocolate chip waffle to go for his sister whom had just left the hospital. The waitress hatefully stated that she wasn't doing to go orders as there were only 2 workers there and she wasn't running back and forth. Really? One freaking waffle!!!!!

Went to this location late on a Saturday nite. Was very understaffed, tables filled with half eaten food, trash on floor inside and out. Staff was working steadily. When food finally arrived it was fine. Management needs to get involved and predict staffing needs better.

I was embarrassed to be a Christian last Sunday morning. If you are also a Christian reading this, please take note. As we sat down, we could tell that our server was not in a happy mood. Upon chatting her up (Rhonda) and getting a smile on her face again, she told us that the the staff generally hated working on Sunday mornings because the "Christians" that came there after church were generally rude and disrespectful. They were poor tippers too. What an awful thing to hear. If anything, Christians should be spreading love and treating people well, especially after church! Be a magnet that attracts rather than repels! Fortunately, Rhonda seemed to enjoy our banter and good spirits. In my opinion, her service was outstanding. Further the food was delivered quickly and perfectly (kudos to the folks on the grill). We had exactly the experience we came for, so they deserve five stars.

They now have a Grits Bowl! It comes with eggs cheese and bacon/or sausage. And a little secret: ask for gravy!!!! Sausage gravy on top will change your life!

Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered his name but he was the best server I've ever had at a waffle House. He should be somewhere else
