What’s not to love about Waffle House?? They are masters of organized chaos. The food is consistently good. The All star breakfast is my go to. The Sullivan Rd location is our fav. Always fun to watch the cooks and waitstaff do their thing.
We decided to make a late night WH run and I'm very glad we did! The food was fast, hot, and cooked perfectly as ordered! The young lady waiting on us was very nice and made sure we had everything we ask for. The food tasted delicious as well. There was even an armed security guard outside to keep us safe while we ate.(sad that's required, but at least we felt safe while there)
Walked in & were told they were to go orders only. Visited 9/17/23 near 7:30 pm. My opinion is if they can't staff restaurant then close down & go out of business. No one said anything until we had been seated for 5 minutes. Restaurant on Hwy. 70 has some issue. Both should be shut down.
I come here alot & today my service was horrible ! The lady Ashley who took my order wasn't attentive at all. At least two other customers came in 10 minutes after me but had they're order taken before mine. After finally taking my order she waited 10 minutes before even calling it out. Then after watching my food being made I seen that she didn't even call out my whole order. In the end I waited an hour for 1 plate & 2 waffles. I'll make sure to avoid waffle house next time if she is here.
It's a Waffle House, so the food is fairly predictable, but the service here is always friendly and prompt, and sometimes you just want hash browns and eggs.
We enjoyed our late night meal here. The service and food were great. I would eat here again and do it happily. Our server was really nice and she kept our glasses full. 🙂
The cooks fail. No bacon cooked, the bread no butter, waffle was a pecan with chocolate chips. He put so little that you wouldn't know there was any in it. The waitress was great and attentive and kind.
Went inside for breakfast at 10:15 & service was awesome!! We've been to this particular waffle house before and have always received excellent service. . Never disappointed with the staff, service etc.
