Loved the Texas Philly cheese steak melt plate! Waiter & cook they're awesome & attentive.

Right on the path and in the center of many places The remodeling job made it look fresh and clean again. Samantha provided excellent service.

Overall this Waffle House is usually good, but tonight was terrible. Everything took longer, took 25 minutes to pay. Ineisha did a great job and tried to get to as many people in the packed restaurant as she could. Unfortunately, as everyone as was working Sherry seemed not in a hurry to help anyone, was rude to customers needing to place to-go orders, and would focus things that did not help the customers get in and out of the restaurant. Instead of getting customers to-go orders placed and in house orders paid for she would do things like restocking straws. There were SEVERAL customers alongside ourselves that were highly dissatisfied with her. This was the late Night Shift, around 1am.

I am very disappointed in this waffle house, they charge me $8.86 in to go fees, never had that done before then had to wait 55 mins to get my order, paid for the order at 7:25 and finally walked out the door at 8:20 with my order. Only had 2 tables occupied when I placed and paid for my order but when people came in after my order was taken, got there food before mine was cooked. Always loved Waffle house, but very disappointed.

Wow, what an amazing unexpected surprise! My husband and I were visiting our son in Statesboro for the weekend. One of his roommates expressed how she was craving Waffle House and wanted us all to go on Sunday for breakfast before we left. I have to admit that I was a tad bit apprehensive. I had never eaten at a Waffle House, and it didn’t seem like our usual Sunday brunch spots. Regardless, we decided we give it a shot. We arrived that morning around 12:30. The parking lot was jam packed along with about a 10-15 minute wait for our table. Once we were seated, our waitress (Elizabeth) promptly greeted us and was ready to take our drink order. My son and his roommate were starving and proceeded to go ahead and give her their food order, which included a ton of substitutions, deletions and special cooking instructions. I must say, Elizabeth handled their complicated order with ease and a smile. Our breakfast arrived in a timely manner and within seconds of each other. We all ordered different variations of the “All-Star” breakfast. Everyone was in love with the hash browns...to the point that we ordered extra. Everything was fantastic... from the perfectly cooked bacon, eggs, scrumptious pecan chocolate chip pancakes and the delicious grilled biscuits and gravy. Outstanding! I can say that we definitely will be returning!

Staff ignoring customers, took 45 minutes to an hour just to place my order. The entire cook one free was taking a 35 minute smoke break while people were waiting to even place order. From the time I arrived till the time I left with my food it was about 1 hr 15 mins. Older waitress was upset about having to do carpets and complaining about everything. Poor experience and for quality was boy with the wait.

Service was good, food was pretty good. We got a to go drink, got down the road opened the drink to find a dirty (moldy looking) drink nozzle in my cup.

Dennis is the best cook ever!!!! The waitresses are so much fun and very friendly. I love going here.
