Stop in well day tripping in Delaware I ordered a cheese steak bowl. The place was swamped and the staff was overwhelmed but once the waitress got around to me she was nice and took my order. Now waffle house isn't fine dining in any sense of the word. My meal was literally just home fries,kraft cheese and steak slapped together and put on a plate it was ok and filling
This is our regular waffle house but recently felt compelled to make this review. The service has progressively gotten bad, no one greets us when we get to the counter let alone walk in. Then 3 visits in a row we’ve had to wait at least 5-10 min before even being acknowledged by someone as 9 different associates walk by us. A little disappointed in the service at this location.
Great job all around today. The food and service were great. Made the pit stop late morning, really empty, I hope it's like that again.
I loooove Waffle House! I drive an hour and ten minutes to this location and $9 in tolls and yes, it is absolutely worth it
Stopped here for lunch on our way back in town. Had a small wait for tables to be cleaned but overall good. Great food great service great prices.,
After a long drive we found ourselves here at 10:30pm Everything else was closed and we are on a low carb diet, ugh. Luka and Emily were able to custom make us a tasty meal. We stayed on diet and got to relax before we got back on the road. You should Stop here they are great
Our waitress was really friendly and nice. And it's hard to beat the waffle house prices. The bathroom could use a good cleaning though
Walked in for 5 minutes, and walked out. Was told to sit anywhere it was cleaned. There were several tables without customers that needed to be cleared off, with several employees behind the counter not providing space for new customers. Several other customers left as well. Floors were dirty, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. No one greeted us either. We came from Philly to visit relatives, and were in the mood for waffles. We settled for the Smyrna Diner instead.
