We had the best service at this waffle house while traveling! Jayla was an amazing server and very attentive to my cranky 5yr old! The guys that i didnt catch their names were amazing too! The restaurant business could use more people like the people working here
Food was great service was good. You are unable to go inside and must order through a window. There is also an armed security guard walking around and standing out front. I'm told.that there are a whole lot of fights and other incidents at waffle houses.
My mom and I chose to stop in today for lunch. Our waitress today was very friendly and the service she provided was great. The food we received was very good and it had good portions. We will be back even though we live 45 minutes from us, we will not be going back to the Lancaster location!
the food here hit so much better than the last waffle house i went to in the middle of the night. the woman who took our orders was real nice and our food was out real fast. we had to chill in the parking lot to wait but it was like 3am so that wasnt on them. thanks for the 3am breakfast💪
The chef was really good and worked quickly. Our waitress Denise(I think that was her name) was very pleasant and attentive. Restaurant was clean and kept in good order.
Great food and service. The staff are always super friendly and attentive to their customers. No matter day or night, we enjoy the waitresses and cooks!!!
Food was Waffle House standard which is a good thing. What lost a star for me, was the cumbersome ordering. I had to call-in to place my order over the phone b/c there is no way to signal that you are at the window to place an order. When the food was ready I got a text, went back to the window, food wasn’t ready. Then when it was ready they had to go back to the register to ring it up. Mind you it’s Winter. A solution would be have the register closer to the pick-up/order window or have it on a cart to wheel it over or have online ordering. I welcome the solution to avoid late night rowdy diners-just needs to be tweaked.
It was like 3am and we were as hungry as uncle Jeff before Thanksgiving dinner, and he eats A LOT lemme tell yuh. but they had our food ready in like 15 minutes after ordering which was lit ngl. Being 3am chillin at a waffle house parking lot is kinda sketchy but safety for the employees comes first. Food was fire, service was fire, great late night experience. 11/10, for convenience purposes you should probably go get food at regular people time¿
