The food was good it was just served weird. 1st off the place was clean so there's that. There were only about 7 or 8 people there eating including us, but we ended up directly across from a guy who didn't have a volume button. We heard every monotone word! But that wasn't the restaurant's fault. There was 1 cook and 1 server and neither seemed to be doing their regular job. After a pretty good wait and being asked what we ordered again, we got our food in shifts. Hash browns well before anything else so they'd be eaten or cold before receiving a pecan waffle. We also had no silverware and unfortunately had to wait for people at the counter to be waited on to get some. Waffle was the last thing out and I had no syrup. I snatched some from another table and moved on with my meal. No follow up or coffee refill. Just wanted a quick breakfast for dinner, but not looking forward to going back anytime soon.

Stopped in the afternoon for takeout for a family of five. There were 2 people sitting at the counter when I got there and they left soon after I ordered, so the store was not busy in the least. It took them 20+ minutes to prepare the order, the cook said he remade the sausage because he burnt it, he said the bacon was a bit crispy, and they almost forgot to make the waffles. When I got home and unboxed the food, the bacon was absolutely inedible (burnt way beyond "crispy"), the hash browns were burnt into a brick that you couldn't even bite into, the omelet was way overdone, and there was NO SAUSAGE anywhere! The cook even told me he had remade it! Ugh! I'll never go to this location again. $44 meal and much of it went into the trash! Only really good thing was the waffles. No one answered the phone when we tried to call and tell them about the poor food quality. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location down the street, south of the freeway. The only reason I didn't go to that one was because they were closed temporarily since their refrigerator was being replaced. It has always been great in the past.

Ate a breakfast bowl and got food poisoning. Picked up my order around 11 p.m. felt fine that night after I ate it. But I woke up a couple hours after I went to sleep to have an unpleasant trip to the bathroom. I ordered the breakfast bowl (grits, eggs, bacon). I love waffle House I guess I just picked a bad night.

Man listen I could chalk this up to being new but the experience people there were acting dumb too. I waited to be helped for awhile. Someone asked me if they could take my order. I said sure give me a dark waffle, Mr pib and I'll be right back. Came back the waffle wasn't down. Someone else came and took my order so I said give an all star. Takes my order gives me everything but the waffle and sausage. I ask for the sausage and they bring it to me. I ask how much longer on the waffle and they like a couple minutes but really it was longer. I wasn't eating, so he said you going to let your food get cold for a waffle? I'm like it usually comes out together so it doesn't get cold. Then the waitress next to him says No they don't are burners are slow. BTW if you know your burners are slow why the hell don't you put down the waffle immediately instead of people waiting on they food. So I just bag everything up and left. One thing I hate is incompetent people because it ruins your day.

was this morning and wanted to eat some breakfast. i entered and girl who was cashier said to wait to order. she was speaking behind with somebody and didnt even look at me for more then 10 min. after some time other guy showed up and then some other employee came to assist and asked him what he wanted to order. i was still standing first by the cashier but she didnt say anything… i just turned and left… i never had racial experience like this… horrible! will never get back to this area for sure and will never eat in waffle house period!

We had a nice experience at this Waffle House. We were the only customers in the dining room, so we were taken care of immediately. Our food also came out promptly. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. I noticed that a couple of us who got sandwiches had burnt bread, but no one complained so that was OK. I had to get the grits because Waffle House. They were good, and so were my hashbrowns which I got smothered and covered.

As I am checking out at Waffle House.. I was informed that to go orders now have a 20% increase because waffle house wants more money.. although I love the food that is served here, today will be my last day as a regular customer.. I paid $7.80 extra to order my food to go.. that's enough for another meal.. not right waffle house

Never had such a poor experience from a waffle house. I go in to order to go and have to wait about 10 minutes. Store is busy, ok. I order and the waiting game begins. 30 minutes later still no food. People literally came in after I ordered, got their food, ate, and left while I'm looking stupid. Finally I just ask for my money back and low and behold have to wait for a refund too. Very poor visit. It's really not that hard.
