Great job guys! Servers help each other out. One cleared my table. Another was my server. Another gave me my to go drink. Food came out correctly. Best Waffle House I’ve been to for years!
Food was good, they were hustling hard when they were super busy. Kudos to the manager that huddled hard to keep food going. However, they need to train the employees to constantly clean while servicing customers. Menus needed to be cleaned and sanitized. I waited over 20 minutes at the bar for someone to just even take my order or offer me a drink.
My first time stepping foot into a Waffle House. I went with my husband and brother in law. They ate, I refused to eat because there were flies and the place was generally filthy.
Courtney was lovely! Very attentive and was patient and excellent customer service. There was a manager there, Desiree, who yelled at the staff the entire time and it made it uncomfortable. A leader leads by example and motivates her team without having to scold and treat them like children. They were extremely busy and she should have just chipped in and helped rather than yell at an already busy and overwhelmed staff. We love this waffle house and all of their staff and have never experienced this until today.
Delicious! Food- I got the All-star special and Chocolate chips on my Waffle. 4.5/5 Service- Amazing! He didn't ask us if it was good every five minutes and was very fast. 5/5 Atmosphere- Normal for a waffle house, so I don't mind. 4/5
The 2 ladies in here are so sweet they listening to music having the time of they life with good energy really made me feel at home. They definitely deserve a raise it’s 11:05 on July 23rd I don’t know their names but they are sweet hearts
The place was very clean, food was exceptional, but the best part was the excellent customer service I received from the manager Leeann, she is definitely an asset to the company, and for that reason I will definitely recommend people to eat there.
