Okay this is a waffle House so I went with the idea thr atmosphere supposed to be kind of retro vintage which it was. It seemed pretty. Our server was friendly and very cheerful and chatty. She filled our drink cups and was there as soon as we needed anything. We had breakfast. I had a hash browns and bacon egg sandwich which was pretty good. U especially like the thick white bread they used for the sandwich. My husband had a breakfast bowl. The hash browns were slightly soggy he said it was soso. Overall, it was a nice breakfast experience.
It IS the Waffle House, but I'll leave a solid 4 star based on both my sandwiches were good, not dripping with grease. The server had jokes and gave me an amusing hard time, which I appreciate. The cook was in a good mood and it showed. Not what I expected from the Awful Waffle. Good job guys, thanks!
If I could leave the “ service” selection at 0 stars I would! My fiancé and I sat down and was told they would be right with us because she was dealing with another customer.. we waited about 5 minutes ( which is perfectly fine because she was waiting on someone else). However, we ordered our food and our drinks.. our food got to us before our drinks and all the woman said was “ oh I forgot y’all’s drinks”. Now mind you, there was only 3 tables taken.. maybe a total of 7 people in there. The waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks.. there was a cook and 1 waitress in the dining area and about 3 people in the back having a good old time laughing and sounding like a big party back there.. then our waitress disappeared back there.. again never coming to check on us. She came back out and then immediately went back to the back.. my fiancé had to call for her to even come back to the table. Highly disappointed
I mean, it's a Waffle House. Best cheap food you can get, open all hours. Expectations for service and ambiance are low. However, the last few times we've been to this location, compared to other WHs, we've had good food, lovely service, and staff that clearly like each other and work well together, it was fun listening to them banter.
This place is awesome. The employees made me laugh like hell and made my fiancé smile after a rough night. Thanks Waffle House. Y’all are the best!
The Guy & Guy & Girl & Girl all four who was behind the counter was all engaged with each other exchanging mouth saliva with each other. But they wasn’t cross contamination like normal people. They was staying within the boundaries of Jack wit Jack & Jill wit Jill. At least they didn’t do that when they were cooking my food! Just saying.
Waffle house is so good!!! Allstar Special every time! Plus the jukebox is a blast! Great waffles but the hashbrowns are my favourite part. Always ask for your eggs more done than you want them. The consistently undercook them. i.e. over easy, ask for over medium
No pics this time yall, just a very honest observation of some of the hardest working friendly staff around, the staff at this particular waffle house! Attentive, quick, with good memory and accommodating to each other to serve their customers! Good job and keep up the good work! 👏🏿👍👍🏿👏
