This was by far the best Waffle House I have been to. The staff was friendly and I was impressed with how they worked off each other flawlessly. Great communication among the staff and it seemed like they have been working together for months if not years. They quickly helped each other of the other was doing a task. The food was delivered quickly and tasted good. If I was not just traveling through the area, I would eat here multiple times a week.
Management needs to look into the workers at this waffle house. We saw several people living in the woods behind this waffle house when we pulled in. Our waitress left two different times to go outside into the woods with the homeless while she was supposed to be serving our table. We used to enjoy coming to this waffle house, but we will not be back for a while. Management needs to look at security cameras to see what these waitresses are while on the clock.
This staff is overworked and shorthanded but thier spirits were high...and the food was on point. Stumble in at 2 am and order 3 lbs of hash browns and a cup...large cup of gravey.ready in 5 min and perfect 🤩
The parking lot was spotless as was the restaurant inside. The staff was very pleasant and prompt with the service. The food was honestly the best I've had at a Waffle House in a long time . Highly recommend stopping by and eating.
I came in after a long hike with my family up Bearwallow Mountain, to see the sunrise. All of us excited because our favorite server, with the green hair, was there when we walked through the door. I was in utter dismay when the manager very inconsiderately made her go home. After years of excellent service, I was informed by another server had developed carpal tunnel in her hand. And I find it very distasteful for a manager to treat their employee so inferior. My family and I will NOT be returning to this establishment.
Great staff at every single Waffle house . Awesome cooked to order breakfast. I would chose these guys over cracker Barrel or Dennys etc any day, hands down! Waffle house is way under rated!!! I highly recommend them!
I do not recommend this Waffle House. I tried to go here the other night around 12AM before my work shift. However, I didn’t even step out my car because there was a lot of what I believe to be homeless people near the front of the building. Which wasn’t really my problem until I noticed one of them was in the middle of creating a small fire outside on the ground. We parked directly in front of the Waffle House and the employee even looked like they were on drugs. My partner and I just felt very uncomfortable, and unsafe. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had a terrible experience, a really nasty disgusting place.
It was 4 a.m. and I was desperately in need of a cup of coffee and something to eat. There was only a cook there, but he was happy to help us and gave great service! Very happy!
