Best staff i have ever encountered at a Waffle House . And Clean! The staff moved like a well oiled clock. A family. Customer was great
8/31 i called in my order and when i got there the whole staff greeted me and my food was ready the lady (i wish i had gotten her name) was very quick and pleasant.. leaving out the whole staff told me to have a great day.. "Excellent Service"
I haven’t been to the waffle house in years since I moved up north. I went to two different ones. One was really great. The other one was so bootlegged! But it doesn’t matter I always love the southern cooking specially biscuit & gravy, scrambled eggs and Hashbrown. With love southern atmosphere & food!
Its the Waffle house I dont expect anything more. Waitresses weren't attentive... the cook was the only one that came over to take our order after both waitresses ask had we been helped. Yet neither took our order and we were sitting at the counter. Both were busy competing for a tip from a large group. Food was cool for a late night breakfast... though my friend thought otherwise. Lol Again its the Waffle house hit or miss.
5 start for a wafflehouse? Yes! The chef and server were so nice here it made it a great experience. Good customer service goes a long way and the service we received here was the best!
Very very cold in here 59 degrees outside and the air is on inside. Ordered gravy and a biscuit. They have no gravy. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bowl instead...had to ask for the cheese separate. But the food was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating
Never a bad meal at the WaHo
So place an order an watch them throw your food however they want it with no respect for customers who need thing a certain way. That is unless you were a regular customer I will never go to this store again in this life!
