The waffle house is my guilty pleasure. You can't beat a Texas Cheesesteak and extra crispy hash browns. My only complaint is they don't have picante sauce anymore. My daughter loves Waffle House and chose to eat here for her birthday. Huge shout out to the workers for helping make her day special.
Acceptable performance from a chain that is not always renowned for the highest standards of quality, service or execution. The best part of my breakfast was the omelet and the bowl of chili. The hash browns had a tad too much grease for my taste and the toast was soggy at best. The coffee was good and hot and it flowed freely. The service was good and the server was more than friendly. I knew what I was getting into when I entered. Is it my go to place? Certainly not, but it does fill a niche. OH BTW the bathroom needs a complete detoxification ASAP.
Been a while since I was there. As usual the air vents blow on food. So always cold food. It was a slow night in there yet our waitress had to twice be reminded of a waffle we ordered. It was just sitting on top of something for don't know how long until again we asked. Then she asked if someone took her waffle. But she found it. They were standing around talking. Which is fine when your customers have everything. I'm an ol waitress. We forget when busy. We make mistakes. Yet one reminder should have been enough when slow. Who knows, could be the only time it happened. Our waitress was very polite. Really. Still tipped nice.
Hadn't been to a Waffle House for awhile since going to the one in Muscle Shoals, AL. Reluctantly, I went to the one on Florence Blvd & it was fantastic. The kids & I enjoyed our food & the staff was very professional unlike the Muscle Shoals, one with the staff arguing loudly amongst themselves in front of everyone & making ugly comments about church going ppl. It's given me hope!
The servers and food are amazing but the whole experience was ruined because of the manager. I believe his name is Clint. He belittles his employees in front of guest. He is very unprofessional and carries on like a toddler. There is no excuse for treating people in this manner. Issues with employees need to be resolved behind closed doors and with respect.
Excellent Service as always. Jessica was extremely friendly, kept buy coffee cup topped off, probably took our order. Jessica is one of the reasons I truly enjoy going to Waffle House, and is one of the biggest reasons why we will return. Good food, fast service, fair prices and friendly people.
I ordered the cheesteak melt and loaded hash brown. My toast was burnt on my sandwich. They left my chilli off on my hash brown and then my cheesteak taste horrible it had no seasoning. I wouldn't recommend this waffle. They need a new cook. My server was Lauren she was the best part of the whole experience.
We went here because no matter the time we all agreed that we wanted breakfast. The service was impeccable & the food prepared exactly right. On our next trip to Florence we will definitely frequent this establishment.
