Love everything about Waffle House! Just make sure to order how you like it.
We were they only customers at the time. Had to ask to remake food due to hash browns being rock hard. The cook never set the timer for my waffle which was cooking for ten minutes. After remaking food we had no silverware to eat with. Waited another ten minutes to get the waitresses attention. My ordered meal came to 16.00 . What I was given was scrambled eggs and two pieces of toast. Apparently their grill wasn’t working properly. The second set of hash brown we waited over 15 minutes and were watery. Waitress said she would take off 10% of the bill. Not a manager on site to speak with at the time of all these problems. Horrible customer service.
They have the best coffee hands down. The food is always really good. The only problem I have ever had is that I like my eggs over medium and sometimes they don't cook the whites all the way. But everything else is always good. But if you are a coffee drinker you won't be disappointed.
One of the best waffle houses I've been to. Speedy service, very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and best part we didn't have to wait for our food forever. It was nice to be able to see the staff interact with each other, they were all polite to each other which alot of places lack now days. Keep up the good work!!!!
Had some trouble with a person in the bathroom. Hopefully she was ok police, fire and ambulance were all there and didn't look good for her. Not there fault but could have been different. Didn't have a key to the restroom for emergencies such as the one occurring. The police did a great job getting in without knocking the door down.
Great crew! Food was the best it's ever been. Our favorite huddle house and the BEST in the area!
The Waffle House in Festus was just amazing. We were greeted warmly, waited upon quickly and our food came out fast-n-hot. Great crew. Hard to beat for what you get & what you pay for it.
Usually the service is good and food is affordable. It's been a quick place to stop for breakfast but today we sat at the counter for 10-15 minutes and no-one acknowledged us so we left. Hoping it was just an off day.
