Very nice Waffle House. The food was good. I was particularly impressed by our waitress Payton. She was so sweet with each customer. Especially the old people. It was a very nice visit.
We are visiting from Florida, on our way to the Ark Encounter, we stopped at Waffle House for breakfast, sat at the front counter and we didn’t receive any service. We wasn’t even greeted. After seating at the counter for several minutes, I looked at my husband and son and said, “if someone don’t take our order soon I’m going to say something.” My husband gets up, leaves and me and our son soon follows. Ok, that’s the narrative. Here’s the facts… we are Black and the whole restaurant was White. I’m not saying their motives were racist, but I am bringing this event as evidences that it appears to be a racist restaurant.
Tried to get breakfast this morning, sat for 10 minutes at the counter and no one acknowledged us. There were 2 carry out orders taken right next to me after we sat down. This place has really gone downhill fast. We use to eat here weekly, but the year the service get worse and worse and we probably have gone every other month. We won't be going back.
Didn't know they had this steak sandwich it was awesome, so was hash browns
I just wanted to thank the employees that were working the night of the 4th of July here. I went to 3 other Waffle Houses in NKY at 3AM and all of them all the employees were in the parking lots and none of them would serve anyone because they said they had been too busy earlier. Or tried to tell ppl they couldn’t have carry out. But the Erlanger location was very friendly cooked my food quick and it was delicious. Thank You!
One of the better Waffle Houses! My Husband and I both said we are glad we stopped here for breakfast. Everything tasted great. Wonderful all around.
Stopped in late. Staff was kind, lively, and nothing quite hits like a midnight chocolate chip waffle!
My food was hot good and I smashed it, ate so fast forgot to take a picture lol
