I stopped for breakfast was not disappointed. This location was not crowd we were seated and waited on. Food was tasty and serviced was fast. As well the fast service you can enjoy your food in a timely matter and go on with your day. Service was good they were attentive to their customers. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was biscuit and gravy more like a English Muffin gravy to thick and salty. Hostess very polite. I have tried the Beltline location. I must say this location on Cockrell Hill and 67 hwy would be my first choice.
I came on Sunday morning the busiest time. I didn't expect much cause everyone is working hard trying to attend every customer. I like Waffle House so I don't mind eating on a dirty table if they don't have time to clean. This place was an exception. The table was clean rapidly before we sat down by Isamir. And the District Manager showed up Omar to check on every customer to make sure we were not neglected in any way. I couldn't help to notice how everyone worked as a team, and took care of everyone's needs despite the large crowd this morning. Thank you for everyone's great effort and service.
I went in and ordered (2) All-Star meals, one with chicken and cheese in my eggs. The meals came out to $26.00, but the total bill came out to $31.20. When I asked the waitress about how did it exceed $30. Her response was, " It was the for taxes and 10% for a service fee." So I asked what is a service fee and she stated, " it's for all the supplies we give to the customers." Then I proceeded to ask her to see how she rung everything up on the little yellow ticket and that's when I see she charged $2.60 for taxes and $2.60 for the service, plus the $26.00 for the meals. My problem with this is, I travel for a living and go to Waffle House quite often, and NEVER have I ever been charged a service fee. You want me to eat here and order your food but you're charging me additional for condiments and utensils that are expected to come with the food. My second concern is, the tax rate is 8.25%, so how in the Sam HELL do you charge 10% for taxes. Then she had the audacity to want a tip as well. I tipped her and told her I would NEVER return to this location again and will be filing a claim with the BBB because this location is over charging customers on the tax rate, which they are NOT allowed to do.
The worker's here are All ways friendly 🙌 the food is Great. Breanna is a great server, Ms Pat always helping EVERY ONE 👏, The whole staff is great together on yeah Issimar,will greet you and your friends and family atmosphere is on the way..It's just great here.😇😇
I ordered a Texas patty melt no bacon with hash browns and chicken melt w hash browns and my patty melt tasted like a greasy grill and disgusting. She charged me 25.82 when a texas melt w hash browns is 7.75 $8 tops. So On top of being charged 9 extra dollars for service fees when I placed my order at the window in the cold the food was simply nasty and had bacon on it. Which I do not eat PORK. THE WORST WAFFLE HOUSE EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. I FEEL ROBBED OF 25.82 cause I still don't know what the extra 9 dollars for? QTNA WAFFLE HOUSE 🤔 This happened Christmas night about 11:15 heavy set white girl with her sun visor hat cooked to the side. Ghetto Rude Terrible CS and a thief. Sorry I'm not Sorry
The team here is great!! Very professional, bright smiles and beautiful dispositions! Food was amazing as always. Clean and friendly! Our waitress today was Lynn, but we had the pleasure of meeting Semon and Laila. Definitely will dine here again! My husband and I enjoyed them today!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is a pretty good waffle house. Went at 2:30am and it was starting to get busy. We didn't have to wait though. Food came out quickly and was good. The staff was friendly and interacting with customers. I would come here again.
Went on 4th of July and the place was busy!todays visit felt extra special, we were sat almost immediately by a young gentleman who asked what we wanted to drink as well and Justice came and took our order right away. The atmosphere was great, good music. The gentleman that sat us kept checking in on us and so did Justice. 10/10 experience 👍🏽
