Nicer than some other WHs I've been to. Service was fast and friendly, food was decent. Didn't have the bottles of condiments on the table like they usually do, but maybe that's leftover from the Pandemic.
When I first walked in I was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes and musty farts. I then sit down and was greeted by an older woman named Becky. I then noticed a bracelet on her ankle I soon realized it was an ankle monitor. I asked for water and when I took a sip it tasted like old toilet water. I then got my food, I found a red beard hair cooked into my waffle. After that a guy walked in with a vape he then proceeded to ask Becky if she could ask me for my snap, said no and decided it was time to pay. I went to pay with my card and was planning on leaving the tip in the table in cash. And when I proceeded to flip no tip she added a 5 dollar tip to her self, when I confronted her she said it was a mistake. I am never going back to this place!!

Cheap eats, good way to start our day. Fresh hot, perfectly tasting grits. My eggs over easy were perfectly cooked, my hash browns were crunchy in the out side and delicious.
Chasity was a fantastic server. She seemed to be the only one working and working hard. There were three other servers who didn't move when we walked in. Felt bad for Chasity. The place is not very clean but it seems old so maybe that is part of the reason. Food was tasty but if you know waffle House it is a diner so that is what you get, plain and simple.
We went to Waffle house Dry Ridge Kentucky today and waited patiently for quite long time already and there are many staff do not even bother to clean the table. The main thing, yes first come first serve basis but, to clean the table while waiting would solve the problem. The table was empty already and just a small wipe to clean on it and so, my husband asked nicely the staff a rug so he can clean it just trying to help, instead this staff right away shouted my husband and screaming and pinpoint my husband face. This is unacceptable behavior mentally unstable staff doing for the customer, if I am the owner I will fire this staff. No respect at all to the customer just my husband trying to help. The staffs in this restaurant are horrible, instead to settle the problem makes the problem more worst. Will never come this restaurant no more! Very bad management at all.
Traveling thru, came to a half vacant restaurant - took 45min to get a Grilled cheese w/bacon BUT Savannah was just perfect. She is a great server & took care of us all way till billing. My wife was very displeased with the way that the others spoke to Savannah all while this young lady held her tongue and conducted herself very professionally.
