Best Service Ever. Every server, the manager the cook. I came in around 6:25. Whatever Crew works that shift needs a raise. I left 2 tips. Service was A plus. Food was Good. Crew works together well. This is my new favorite place and I'm not from Alabama but anytime I'm here in Dothan this is where I will come.
Attempted to get a take out order and was told that no matter when I came in and ordered It be a long wait to get my food because sit down orders are priority because they "pay more" except they add 20% to all take outs. unfortunately you either sit here and eat or stand and wait due to the lack of open late/early options
Can't say I have ever had a bad experience at any waffle house. The service is always the same, the food is consistent, the speed of service is always prompt, the workers are always nice and seem to enjoy their job ( whether they do or don't it never shows). Can always depend on waffle house.
Love eating here, most all staff knows me and coworkers due to stopping in so much. Always a good time and decent food
The food is always good. But on their breaks, when nobody's there, they need to Clean window sales and under napkin holders.
Was a busy time but speedy service, good food & manager came around &:asked if everything was okay.
Not a pleasant experience sat down at our table and were completely ignored by entirely staff. We didn't even get to order drinks. We got up and walked out not one person acknowledge that we were leaving. Seven to Eight employees behind counter. Tried to call back to speak to management staff never answered phone. We will NOT be back !!!!
Ordered extra crispy bacon twice! And it came back undercooked both times, as the "manager" is on the grill cooking as well as a so called "rock star" grill operator. Service slacks when there is more than 1 table of customers here every time. Our server was great though. Incompetent grill operators and management disengaged from the staff and poor communication.
