Came in for breakfast around 8am, the cook was a young female, the food was cooked perfectly! So yummy. Our waitress was another young female and she was very sweet and attentive. Honestly the best service I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. Everyone greeted us and was absolutely amazing. Thank you 😊

My daughter was visiting from Maryland and we like to have breakfast at a Waffle House there, so she wanted to try one here. My wife has never tried one so we brought her with us. Once there we found seats at the counter and ordered breakfast. The food came pretty quickly and was served up hot. The crew was like a machine. Everyone had their part and everyone was moving. No slouching. You can see my plate was looking like a happy plate and both of my my ladies were food happy. It wasn't fancy but it sure was good. We enjoyed the staff and they made sure we were taken care of. I recommend that if you are in the area and hungry that you give them a try.

First and foremost, the customer service at this Waffle House is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and right at home. The level of respect and attentiveness shown to each customer is beyond question, and I am deeply grateful for the outstanding service I received. I would like to extend a special mention to two remarkable customer service representatives, Stacy and Ashley. In fact, my wife and I initially mistook them for managers due to their professionalism and dedication. This location has become our favorite breakfast restaurant for numerous reasons, and much of it is thanks to the extraordinary customer service provided by Stacy and Ashley. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely focused on ensuring a delightful experience for every customer. Even when they are not directly serving us, they never fail to greet us and make us feel valued. We truly appreciate their exceptional dedication. Furthermore, the food at this Waffle House is nothing short of amazing. It is evident that everyone working at this location takes great pride in their work, and it shows in the delicious flavors they create. The food consistently surpasses expectations, leaving customers with a sense of satisfaction and a feeling of being part of a family at home. This location has successfully cultivated an environment that nurtures, hires, and inspires the next level of customer service. So I've been told by the employee there named Kayla/Kyla that the new Waffle House Corporate policy is that ALL TO GO ORDERS charge an automatic 20% gratuity fee in bill. Corporate is that accurate??🤨 Two egg special,coffee plus tax

I ordered double pecan waffles. I only received 1. The pecans are basically all in the middle with a few scattered into the rest of the waffle. I’m truly disappointed. We waited.

Came in here to eat, it was steady but not very busy. There were 3 dirty tables, and the bar was dirty. I cleaned 2 spaces on the counter and used the rag that was there to clean the bar so we could sit after waiting more than 15 minutes without being spoken to. The young black girl with the red dreads came over to us and rudely told us to get up and wait because the bar is dirty. I showed her where I had cleaned it, so she refused to serve us. Finally one of the cooks took our order while the rude one served others, and slammed things in the sink in front of us. I told the cook that she had better NOT share that tip. Just come in and ask the cooks for what you want because service in here is trash.

Every time I come to this WH it is always pleasant. Food is good and not over cooked. The staff will always greet you with a smile and they never act like you’re bothering them. I really don’t care to go to any other WH because I’ve experienced some sort of issue anywhere else. So this one is my WH!!

First time at this location. They had hard plastic dividers unlike others I've been too with just a plastic sheet. Clean and friendly staff. Social distance signage all around. My food came fast and was good. If I'm on that side of town again I may visit. Che k out my video and pics for more info.
