Being from Long Island we don't get restaurants like the waffle house. This was such a great place to go to because it was newer and unusual to the children. Breakfast is cheap but full of flavor. The waitresses were awesome.... And the manager on the waffle machine was hysterically funny pushing out like they were on fire. My daughter never had grits before so we had to have them to try. They were buttery and creamy.....and delicious. Our eggs will cooked perfectly and everything else was great. The waffle was delicious. Bathrooms were clean. I love that we were warmly greeted and while we waited for our table to be ready we were offered a cup of coffee while waiting.

We finally got to visit the infamous Waffle House. Shame their grill was down, so there weren't any options aside from waffles. Which is what we wanted anyway. You'd think a place called Waffle House would do waffles well. Ours were a bit soggy and seemed to be undercooked in the middle. The taste and flavor was good. But it could have been cooked more.

I normally don't review chains, but I had to drop one for this particular Waffle House. While I have come to have an understanding that all waffle houses are dirty, noisy and greasy - it has grown on me and that I was I now expect. This waffle house was clean. Almost too clean. There were no wet floor signs out. No sticky syrup on the table, the bathroom smelled clean. I was almost shocked. Had to give this place 4 stars cause it wasn't the typical Waffle House portrayal I'm so used to.

Best breakfast for a reasonable price. It was totally worth it and was absolutely delicious. It feels homey in there.

This is an interesting place. Everything about it is hit or miss. Some of the cooks are very consistent and good (kudos Mike). Others serve lumpy grits, charcoal toast (I was told she was the main manager, couldn't believe she dared to serve toast so burnt that the sandwich tasted like garbage. I should have sent it back but I was hungry. Also, she is very mean to her employees. I bet if anyone else served that toast, they would have heard about it). The service is hit or miss. How many times has our coffee shown up with nothing to stir it, food with nothing to eat it with like a knife it fork? Some servers talk very loudly about things that they shouldn't in front of customers. Some servers ignore us, no drink refills, ever. Others are great. (Kudos to Jen and there's one guy server who was gone for a bit but just came back, he's so attentive). The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The bathrooms aren't well looked after.

We stop here frequently on our trips to DC. Definitely some of the friendliest staff and the bathrooms are always sparkling.

A good place. Friendly, clean, and open late. As a fan of grits, I do wish they'd be a bit more consistent here. Sometimes they're soft, sometimes firm, and sometimes they're watery and lumpy. You rolls your dice and you takes your chances. The one in Moosic is more consistent, but overall this location is my favorite of the two (I think they have the same owner).

The Servers were very attentive and so pleasant. My waffle was crispy outside and tender inside. My husband's "over easy eggs" were cooked to perfection. That Store owner should be very proud of his Staff.
