Last time we dined in our waitress refused to come back from a 20 minute smoke break, the other waitresses were rightfully upset but were screaming about and to her in front of all of the customers, but if we call in a to go order it's 20 percent xtra for being a to go order. Why???? 20 percent xtra for less work? I'm not taking up a table, Noone waiting on me. Nope yall can keep it.
Fast service the cook went out of he's way to cook a hamburger steak for our brother even after we assured him the hamburger patties would be fine and our waitress was just as kind . The place was clean and the restrooms were spotless. Our thanks to the entire staff at the Waffle House Lunch Crew On this Saturday.
Absolutely love this place the servers are always so sweet and me and my 2yr old daughter went together and the staff fell in love with her and made friends with her 😂 10/10 do recommend
We All know about the waffle house. This one was short staffed, but the employee's were excellent. Very nice and friendly even though they were extremely busy. Food was great and got to me in a timely manner. No complaints here.
Met my friends for breakfast. Food was good, excellent service. Kept up on refills, very friendly! Will be back again.
Was colder in side thanAlaska ,the cheese would not even melt on the hashbrowns or the butter on the waffel,the peppers,ham,onions and mushrooms was cold in my hashbrowns,but thee main thing is when many coustomers complainabout it being cold in there turn the fan off and the air so everyone can enjoy a hot meal
We actually live in Rockmart, but they will never answer the phone for a call in order, but every time I call Cedartown Stormi, I believe is her name. She always answers and gives the best customer service. She deserves a raise. Thank you for the excellent service.
Waitress is friendly and they make you feel welcome and always keeps coming back to table to see if we need anything.
