We just gassed up at Sam’s and we’re driving back to the Interstate 85. We we’re going to stop to eat and just saw the Waffle House sign. We all agreed that would be a good spot to eat and relax. This place was not busy when we arrived but did fill up when we we’re getting to leave. Let me say Chris is an excellent cook and made all 4 meals perfect. We appreciate his cooking skills and sense of humor. Victoria was an excellent server and my grandson fell in love with her. She was attentive to what we needed and was so polite. We really enjoyed our break from driving to Texas. We will definitely stop back on our way home.Good service and food should be recognized and these 2 did an excellent job representing Waffle House. Thank you Chris and Victoria !!

This Waffle House location was elevated with the light and personality of Mary. She made our experience exceptional and very personalized, even as she moved efficiently from station to station. If there were ever an employee of the year, Mary made it!

We walked in around 6am. There was one employee there and a guy asleep in one of booths. Every table was dirty. Our server had to wipe our table a seats down before we could even sit down. We placed our order and then our server went to the guy sleeping and had to say he’s name 5 times before he woke up. He was the the cook. He got up went to the bathroom and then came out and started making our food. We should have gotten up and left. My gut was telling me too. Well, I didn’t listen and 2 hours later and for the rest of the day regretted it. Terribly run location. Never eating there again.

Went there recently one night about two months ago and the place was absolutely filthy. I placed a to go order and while I was waiting, I observed a server get really annoyed with a customer. The customer was unusually quiet and acting somewhat strange. The waitress appeared frustrated and asked him what the F word he wanted to eat. Maybe they knew each other? Either way, employees shouldn't really talk openly like this around customers. Figured out my order was wrong too when I got home. I'll try it again since the reviews are overall pretty good. It could have been a couple of bad employees that are no longer there. This was the first time I've been to this location but I'll revise the rating and review if my next experience is better.

The cooks and a couple of waitresses were very loud. The waitresses we had was very nice and she took care of the noise problem. Our eggs weren't cook to done sent them back still was not right we didn't even bother sending back again.

It was my first time being back to this Waffle House since COVID first started. I'm glad to see people working with good attitudes. The food was what you expect from WH. The cleanliness of the establishment was less to be desired. From the tables, kitchen floor to the utensils, etc, were in questionable condition. Overall the place lived up to my expectations.

Waited the normal time for morning take out. Ask for hash browns not fried hard which is I was served hard ones, and the portion was no bigger than a slice of cheese. Previous WH portions have never been that small when that is all I order. Then rushed it in the bag to go. Got set up to eat and there were no condiments, napkins, or utensils in the bag.

My waiter did the best he could. His uniform dont look like it was cleaned in along time. He kept touching those piercings on his lip and he had my toast touching his shirt because he carried all the plates at onces and tge floor was wet and filthy. i should've we to the one on Braselton Hwy or across from exchange. I nibbled over the food paid and left its been years since I've dined at this location.
