This Waffle House woman server on Friendship road was absolutely fabulous. She was the most professional and courteous server I've ever had. This woman server should be training other Waffle House servers. We asked her name, because we were impressed with her. She said her name was Jennifer.
Thank you to the friendship road branch. Not only were they sensitive to me being big and pregnant but they were so accommodating. I shed tears of gratitude and gratefulness because someone covered my bill. This is my first time eating from Waffle House since I relocated to Ga eleven and a half months ago. I’m so thankful for such a kind gesture. Thank you great women and mothers who are staff at this location and thank you for the angel who blessed me with breakfast this morning 🥰🙏🏾💞
I can't rate anything but the customer service because I didn't eat anything. I just stopped in for some of their famous pickles, lol. But the staff was very nice. So I imagine that it has to be a good place to chow down! So, go check them out, folks.
I use to injoy eating at this Waffle House for some reason in tell the past few times I have gone I always order the same meal EVERYTIME I go I know my order and I know how much it is as well . But what I think is crazy is that I’ll leave a tip and they still give them self’s there Owen tips with that’s means that add more to it then they should I would have had a much better rating of this store but it seems to always happen price of the ticket plus what u add with the tip never adds up to u at the end when u get the email from ur bank there is something really wrong with that and no I’m not broke I just think it’s messed up to take from other that bust there ass’s to everyday .
Despite the loss of key favorite items on the menu and the price hike, you can't beat a post-Midnight run to the WH. Great job as always.
It's everything you expect a Waffle House to be. My main criticism of Waffle Houses in general now is that prices are now almost on part with a Cracker Barrel and Waffle House is just simply not as good as Cracker Barrel.
Dirty! Sloppy! Ugh! Dirty sticky tables. Just one unhappy looking young cook, and a clueless new young hire to serve us. She burned the first waffle and by the time the next one arrived we had finished our mediocre meal. Had to ask multiple times for toast but never got them. Ugh, not how I remember the Waffle House of old. Hope it's only this establishment and not a decline chain-wide.
Weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in, there were dirty plates EVERYWHERE. Literally every single table and place to sit had dirty plates all over it. Floors were covered in trash. Seats all over the place. Turrible.
