Absolutely delicious bacon!!!! Super fast and friendly service too.

Only place open to eat while traveling middle of the night. Was very disappointed. Place needed a good cleaning. Food was just ok. My eggs had shell in it, which is a big NO for me. Husbands steak was over done and tough. No coffee was made and we never got refills. First and Last visit to this location.

It is 4:40am I’m literally sitting in the parking lot calling the inside of the store that’s completely empty with no customers but it’s two employees. I’m calling to place my order so I can just get out go pay and go but I’m watching them look at the phone and not answering it. This has happened on more than one occasion. What’s the purpose of yall being open if you’re not going to provide a service. This is very disturbing and I dislike that this is the open place open in Blythewood this early.

The servers and the cooks were very friendly, kind, and respectful. I got nothing but love and respect for them. They gave me great customer service, and my food was cooked hot and fresh. If I ever come back to Waffle House, again it will definitely be at this location.

This is one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had a Waffle House… started with the fact that this location doubles as a daycare!!! I asked for well done bacon and I received burnt bacon twice, the grits was cold and lumpy and the waffle was over cooked!! Definitely won’t be back to this location!!! This was a waste if money!!! Gave 1 star because I have to!!! This visit wasn’t worth two cents!!! I’m not even going to mention the waitress’ service!

Came in at 5 am to order food for work Waitress took the order but waited to call the order to the cook, after the cook stocked for the next shift After 10 minutes of waiting for the food to be placed on the grill, the food could have been cooked and almost finish. This will be my last time coming here. Customer service is horrible.

We went in and there were 2 tables next to the bathrooms that had chairs on top to prevent seating. We stood waiting over half an hour for one of the four dirty tables to be cleaned, it didn't happen while we were waiting. The kitchen where the waffles are made were disgusting, there was a jug of bleach on the dining counter next to the register and there were 4 tables available, but extremely dirty. Everyone there at the moment were leaving and we sat with a few people waiting on to go food, we didn't think we should wait anymore due to the staff looking at us in bewilderment. This location is a 9 out of 10 for poor service and cleanliness, 10 being bad in this case, I will use my better judgement for the next time and go elsewhere.

My hash brown's were burnt they forgot my grits which was lumpy and the sad part they weren't that crowded. I sent my grandson in to order my food. At 16 he had to put my order in a text to himself. The waitress brought me out someone else's food after going through the bag she came back said she'd brought me the wrong order. She took it back walked back inside, And handed the bag to someone who had ordered that meal. Even though I had only touched the outside of his containers and never opened the plates. She was supposed to have had that man's food re-done. But that's my Honest Opinion. He took it and walked away. But bc she'd walked away from my vehicle then came back out to get it which she saw me opened the bag and lift up the plates. Before she got back outside to me it should have been made over. Maryj
