User Reviews

Went for breakfast. Had two eggs with the pancake combo. Came with 1 egg, 2 bacon and 3 pancakes

Food was good, worth going out in a blizzard to get. Staff was friendly. Service was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They efficiently added more chairs when we came in later than the rest of our party.

I love Village Inns! But this one just lacked. Our server was so intense. I don't know how to describe her different than that. I wasn't impressed. We ordered a variety of breakfasts between us. The skillets were fine. Eggs on every order were undercooked or overcooked. Especially the later. My cheese omelet was just crispy with that burnt flavor to go with it. French toast was crunchy. It seemed like we waited a while for our food, but that wouldn't have even been a thing if our meal was good. I did get an AAA discount, 10%. That was good. (That membership easily pays for itself!) They got way way busy as we were eating, just group after group walked in. Wonder how long their food wait was? They were out of jam. For real. Anymore though, I wonder how much of this is Covid and economy related. So I feel bad taking off if 5 stars. But, a review is about how my experience was. This is how it was.

As always not disappointed in Village Inn breakfast. Plenty of food and reasonable prices. I had country fried steak and eggs, including hash browns and pancakes. My wife had bacon and eggs with same sides. Her eggs were slightly overdone, but they immediately cooked two replacements. Took a couple slices of awesome pecan pie to go, took 4 days to eat it, very rich. Recommended

Well the take out order was short the Apple and coconut pie. When I called to address the issue I was put on hold for 5 minutes. So I would say service is lacking for 1 star. And I even tipped on a take out. I'm not leaving my hotel room to go back fpr the pie at this point. The fish and chips and bacon burger was above average. Darn shame the could of had 5 stars....

Good food..I had the Classy Club Salad. Thumbs up. The food server was very friendly & we got our food quickly. Only complaint I can think of was, we were seated in a booth with nobody around us & before we got our food a couple with 3 kids (1 very young & not happy) were seated at the booth directly behind us. It completely ruined our dining experience as the youngest child was fussing & crying the entire time & the parents did not remove the child (as I would have with mine-courtesy) Would have preferred that the host that seated them be mindful of seating a family of 5 with an unhappy child next to a couple looking to have a peaceful dinner.

The staff was excellent. The food was good too. Definitely superior to other Village Inn locations. The General Manager was on duty and greeting customers to let them know that they had a broken grill and oven but had enough good equipment to seeve customers. She said it would take 30 to 45 mins to get food out. We were a party of 6 and it took about 30 minutes to get our food maybe a bit less. Everything was made perfectly to order. Our waitress Kelsie was a rock star! She kept everyones orders together and immediately took care of all of our little extras that we forgot to ask her for during the initial order. This turned out to be a very well done dining experience at this location.
