Traditional polish restaurant. Duck leg is number one main course
This is my favorite restaurant in Colorado! The food here reminds me of my childhood when my grandmother from Poland was cooking!! My wife and I have been here about a dozen times and every time the food has been spectacular! We've tried everything on the menu except the salads. It's difficult to not order the schnitzel every time, but the kielbasa is the best I've ever had and don't get me started on the galumpkis (stuffed cabbage)! Take home a package or two of the smoked fish or the salmon spread. And don't forget to finish your meal off with a coffee, it's The Best! The only thing that would make Villa Tatra better, is if they were open all year. But as a weekend summer treat, it can't be beat!
Lovely setting and decor, was here with a large group and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service. The owner is kind and courteous as well as the server. I had the cabbage and it was fantastic. The schnitzel and kielbasa is incredible! A must try if you are in the area.
Such exquisite taste. Family owned. It was beautiful. I hope to come back again one day. Best smoked salmon I ever had. So soft and melt in your mouth. I should've asked for a to go box of that plate before I left.....please visit this place while you can. Thank you for your hospitality.
Unforgettable experience! Great food, great service, friendly owner and staff made for a really special meal. Delicious and fresh. Get the sampler for some fabulous smoked meats. They may not want to promote it but we loved the kielbasa so much they let us buy some to take home. Now looking forward to the smoked salmon spread we got from their deli part. Very unique restaurant, where you feel as a family guest. The owners are very friendly, and serve their delicious food as if you were invited to their gathering. Many Polish traditional dishes have additional Colorado (?) twist. Smoked fish is a must! Beer lovers – try Zywiec!
Take a drive away from the hustle and bustle of Estes Park and enjoy a serene and beautiful setting while sampling delicious Polish cuisine. Friendly staff and a lovely patio. We will be back!
