This place is absolutely fantastic! Makes u feel right at home! The owner is super friendly and so is the staff. Check them out!! Food is amazing and fresh

Small restaurant, big on flavor. First time eating here, but it's definitely not the last. These guys are cool, and the Italian ice is a must try 👍🏽

Slices served to order so they're hot and fresh so just call before you arrive if you're doing carry out for a slice or two and it will be ready when you arrive if you time it out properly. Good taste on the sauce and cheese, cheese melted very well cooked to just slight browning just the right spot, and the crust taste good too not too crisp but still cooked through, great pizza I very much enjoyed my two slices of cheese. Great price on slices too not overpriced like some corporate chain joints, support local businesses even if they're franchises they're still locally owned businesses.

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Amelia. If you’re lucky enough to be greeted by her smiling face, you know how much she brightens your experience. We’re local and have always loved their pizza because of the huge sausage portions on the sausage pizza and Parmesan tasting (in my opinion) cheese on their pizzas. We tried the double dough this time and 15/10 recommend if you want to switch up from their awesome thin crust. But back to Amelia… I hope we have the pleasure of running into her again soon as she absolutely made our experience that night. She is hard working, sweet and should get a “raise” ;)

This was our first time here. We reserved the party room for our kid(s) graduation party of about 20-25 people. The service was fantastic, the food was beyond our expectations, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend Villa Nova to anyone! I will be back with my family to try the rest of the menu! Thank you so much for everything!

I have to say I am very disappointed in the service I received today. Especially because it came from the “ business owner” Dominique. I ordered my food like I always do and I received a call almost 20 minutes later with her saying she didn’t check her inventory and was all out of the item I ordered. This typically would not be an issue if she would have called sooner but 20 minutes, is half way in to the amount of time my order would have been ready. Instead of offering me another item on the menu she immediately offered to cancel my entire order. So I assume she’s making a ton of money and has no problem losing out on extra cash is she deems it an inconvenience. The food here is great I can’t deny that but the customer service is disappointing. So I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to get pizza somewhere else . After all they’re not the only good pizzeria in Lockport.

Count me as a former customer. Ordered a pizza at 6P and was quoted a 90 minute delivery time. 2 hours and 20 minutes later, no pizza and when I called, the young lady who answered the phone, hung up twice and finally answered on the 3rd attempt. She B'd me out regarding it being a Friday night and they were busy. I guess missing your delivery time by an hour is OK for them. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Next time it'll be Pizza Hut.

The sausage was delicious. The whole pizza would have been perfect but for some reason there seem to be a great deal of salt on the pizza without the salt. It would’ve been phenomenal kind of lost my taste for it.
