This place was off the hook! Everything was delicious 😋 So many items to choose from🥖🍗🥗🧄🍕🍝🍦🍪. They keep everything replenished and clean. Excellent quality, definitely 2 👍🏻👍🏻and 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So much nostalgia from when I was young. As good as ever despite some rude guests. They do something to their pasta that makes it the best you'll ever find on a buffet. Eat your fill. Bring your family. Love the Nebraska tradition that is the Valentino's Grand Italian Buffet.

Got there at 7. Hardly any pizza (their specialty) on the buffet. Pretty pricey for what we got. Very disappointing. Has gone downhill since the last time I was here. Update: The pizzas and chicken were just ok. The Breadsticks are WAY OVERDONE! They used to be nice and soft. Now, burnt and crispy.

The food was hot and fresh but the employees were rude and the establishment was FILTHY!!! We waited at the register for 8 mins before someone FINALLY came to help us. 2 pop machines and only 1 hardly had any ice in it. I was told they were refilling the machines. (Already hot and thirsty and severe anxiety, I had a special needs toddler throwing a fit at my feet, a hungry 6 year old and a whiny 5 year old) I simply asked if we needed to wait for it to be refilled (thinking they we bringing ice from the kitchen as 1 had the lid off) or if he could fill our glasses for us. He SNAPPED back at me that I would just have to wait for it! Still having the 3 hot, hungry and whiny kids at my feet, I was waiting on the ice to fill our cups when, right next to me, the employee that snapped at me, was telling 2 other staff members that I said "I can't wait for the ice". At this point, I calmly looked at them and corrected them. (All the while wanting to throw my cold drink in his rude face and spanking my children). My daughter had to clean off a table so we could sit down. The floors were filthy with slices of pizza and food debri smashed into the carpet. The orange peelings, in which they do not even serve were still on the floor at the entrance upon leaving. We counted less them 30 costumers during our dining time so they weren't busy! No one came to clear tables, clean up our plates or even walk by with a smile. Staff apparence was that of a tshirt and sweatpants. When going back up to refill my drink, a group of customers, not of my same conplexsion, were being invited to fill their cups with ice from behind the counter of a 3rd pop machine. When my son in law and I asked about military discounts the hostess, in her very messy pony tail, sweat pants and tshirt rolled her eyes at us before giving it to us. I hope they get the leadership needed to keep the doors open because after all of that disapointment the food was actually hot, kept fresh and tasted great!

The food was very good and the price was a little over 30.00 for 3 people. I would recommend this place.

Dirty. Dried soda on counters. Food ground into carpet. Floor sticky. Very dirty place to offer food. 7/3/2023

Stopped in while visiting family. We have a large diverse family so buffets are often the most reasonable choice. The outside of the building is a little offputting and we weren't sure if they were even open until we saw some others leaving. Pricing was average for a buffet but you pay separately for drinks which can certainly add up quickly. The staff were OK. They were not rude but they certainly didn't seem to want to interact or talk at all to us. The food was pretty good. It was all HOT when it should be and COLD when it was supposed to be. The ice cream machine and dessert pies were the kids favorites. The fried shrimp was mine, husband enjoyed the ribs and the lasagna. The meatballs were pretty good. They also had a full salad bar which was nice. You could tell they used butter which always makes it taste better and they were quick to restock/wipe down the buffet lines which was very good. The floors where sticky which happens but was driving me crazy. The bathrooms were clean and in good working order. It was a fairly large place so large party's would be good. I would recommend for the food and large groups.

I love Valentino's food. Tonight the food on the buffet was old and disgusting when we arrived. The employees put out fresh food after more customers arrived and someone asked for fresh food. There were only two or three tables of people in the restaurant when we arrived so I did not expect the buffet to be fully stocked but the food should have been fresh. One of the employees was on her phone and had an earbud in the entire time we were here. The other employee working the buffet was running around doing 3-4 times as much work as the employee on her phone. This will probably be the last time we come to this location.
